I wish I could say Juniper’s lawn services were decent but they’re not. Mowing and edging is not a difficult task, we’ve all done it but it is for Juniper. Uneven mower height because they’re mowing four backyards at once, going as fast as they can with the mower bouncing. Weed eating around my fire pit in the backyard happens one out of four mows. A liquid fertilizer was put down and the sidewalks all down our street are stained rust from the fertilizer iron. They do have a nice ticketing system online, however they close the tickets out without addressing the reason for submitting the ticket. Calling and leaving VM’s doesn’t get anyone’s attention either. It’s just all bad and it’s a bummer. Our neighborhood has exercised to not renew Junipers contract and move on to the next provider. Hopefully the new company has all this figured out. Not into publicly shaming a business but if this is what you do, the services you offer, do it well!

Absolutely terrible at what they do or should I say the lack there of. My yard has never looked so bad !! So glad our HOA has fired you !! I guess running over and chopping up my landscaping lights was your parting gift ….good riddance Juniper !!!

Weeks on end before back yards with fences get cut. (“We are down a mower”)
The person who is supposed to be trimming just walks around the yard with the trimmer running, not trimming a thing looking at the sky.
Think twice or three times before you hire these people !!!

If you want your neighborhood to look unsellable hire Juniper! I’ve genuinely never seen such terrible landscape work in a maintenance free community. Turf weeds everywhere, dead grass everywhere, No working irrigation for almost a year. The account manager is completely missing in action and no way to get in contact. Several months ago they ran into my backflow, $500 repair I had to pay, accurate said this was 100% caused by lawn mower they helped me get together paperwork and documents to submit to Juniper, I’ve still never received a call back. I’ve left at least 5 voicemails and countless emails. I’m begging you choose another company! I’m not some old retired grump, I’m 29 years old used to work in commercial landscaping as an account manager. None of this would have ever been allowed where I worked. I would have been fired by the company and we would have owed a crap ton of free work to the neighborhood for our mistakes. Also, for those curious to see this disaster in person I live in neighborhood of Amberly in Bradenton.

If a ZERO stars review were possible that would be the case here. Hoping to get a movement going this Spring to drop Juniper as our HOA employed lawn and irrigation service. They have destroyed our yard and many others in our subdivision. Hoping to also pursue legal action and damages to help restore our yards.

This company is an absolute joke. After paying over $130 a month, their employees couldn’t even cut my backyard. They cut my backyard twice in a year, great service! My yard has never looked worse. They didn’t even last a year before our HOA fired them. They promised to be so much better than our previous lawn service—actually, they were way worse. Beware and think twice before trusting them. Seriously, how difficult can it be to cut grass when it’s your JOB? They can’t even manage to do what they’re getting paid for.

Emilio Estrada with Juniper Landscaping was very professional and provided quality service and follow up. We had a pool installed and Juniper handled re-routing our irrigation, replacing sod and provided and planted 3 foxtail palms to complete our project. We are very happy with how everything turned out and glad we went with Juniper. Thank you Emilio and Team!!

Requested not to have yard mowed since they cut the grass too low the previous week. My request was ignored, and again, they scalped my lawn. I pay for this service in my HOA fees, but I have to cut my own grass. My neighbors yard was very wet because the sprinklers were broken. They took their heavy mowers over their yard and created deep muddy ruts in it. They also dropped oil on their front yard destroying their grass. They ignored their request to have it fixed. I told the company owner at a town hall meeting that they weren’t looking at my requests in the portal, and he replied that the portal was down. I later found out that this wasn’t the case, so he lied to me! So unprofessional and pitiful..amateur at best!!!

I live in evergreen of manatee north pod also known as evergreen estates. Juniper ignores all complaints from home owners about irrigation issues running nonstop for 12 hours or more. I have called, they said they would send someone out but nothing ever happened. So when the system goes on it doesn’t shut off you have to turn it off from the box in your yard.

They cut my AC drain. They promised dozens of times to fix it. They never did.
To HOA board members: avoid them at any cost!

If i could leave 0 stars i would, i writing this because my mother-in-law was driving on the highway this morning behind one of junipers company trucks, and a rake flew off there truck (apparently it wasn’t strapped in properly) and impaled her Suv, it went straight through on of the headlights almost causing a flat tire, things could have been worse, if anyone has ever seen final destination you know how bad things could have been, she was not hurt, but her property was. On top of that the truck drivers speed off and did not stop, went at a crazy speed so she could not catch. This is very unacceptable. She was scared for her life.

For the 20th time - they left without weed-whacking the perimeter. $416 quarterly for this BS. Stay away from HOA’s. And, this nonsense.

They continue to close my tickets regarding my dead lawn claiming people went to see our back lawn AND applied fertilizer AND treated turf weeds. We have the UniFi Protect video surveillance system WHICH RECORDS EVERY SINGLE SECOND OF ACTIVITY IN THE FRONT AND BACK OF THE HOUSE. Not one person has been there to inspect the lawn as they said would happen. All we have is an 8 second video on Jan 6 of a person spraying a small area of the lawn from OUTSIDE OF THE FENCE. He didn’t even walk through the gate to spray whatever it was over ALL OF THE DEAD LAWN. Instead, he stood in one spot, outside of the fence, and sprayed for 8 seconds. Yep, 8 whole seconds. And that’s what they call treating the entire lawn with fertilizer and treating the turf weeds?!?! AND they claimed they came to check out the lawn with the HOA and decided it was the homeowner’s expense. Yet there is not one person who’s visited the lawn on our surveillance system. I seriously cannot believe the lies we continue to receive from Juniper Landscaping. It is beyond unbelievable how dishonest they are.

We were extremely impressed by the de Leon Landscaping Company’s prompt response to our request for a visit and quote. Mr. de Leon was knowledgeable, cordial, and professional and the estimate provided was clearly fair. He and his team arrived two days later and worked hard from start to finish. We are very pleased with the completed job and will not hesitate to use their services again.

Very professional and showed up when they were supposed to and did the work that I asked them to do in a quality manner. I would recommend them to anyone.

They were here early, worked quickly and did a great job would recommend them.

They arrived early for spring clean up of the front & rear of my property which included weeding, some trimming & a lot of oak leaves. Price was fair & the property looks great. Will have them back again.

I put in the request to remove branches and debris and they came out within the hour and took care of it. Great job! Will recommend.
