Toilet replacement was efficient and clean. The floor around the new toilet was not chipped! Conner listened to my concerns when he chose a replacement for my old toilet.
He also solved my problem with the bathtub ' s slow drainage; so that saved some money.

Although Dominic seemed like a good guy, the pricing he was saddled with was ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! So basically we wasted $50 having him come out.
We have since utilized one of your competitors for “one third of the cost”!
Shame on your company for trying to gouge.

After receiving an unusually high water bill, I called Griggs Plumbing. Within two hours, Joe was there, inspected the main water shutoff valve, sinks and toilets to ensure they were functioning properly and not leaking. He called me with good news that there are no problems. Thanks Joe, I really appreciate the prompt response! I'll follow-up with Manatee County.

I’m still waiting for the results of your service call. I did not receive an email from Grimm Plumbing. I will gladly pay the $99 or whatever the cost will be to have water restored to my Florida home for the buyer’s inspection.

The tech showed up less than 45 minuets after we called and he was very friendly and got us up and running pretty wuick! will definitely use your services again

These people are a freaking RIPOFF. Charged $1590 to tell me my grout needs fixed by my tub and water is leaking down. Won’t itemize the invoice. Which is charging $745 an hour plus $100 for supplies that again they can’t tell me what supplies I am being charged for. They did no actual repairs just found the source of the leak. Scam artists for sure. STAY AWAY!!!!

Wonderful job we always go to Griggs for anything we need. We’ve completely renovated our home and used multiple times for multiple different products big and small!

Dominic was fantastic! I had a precious plumber fail my back flow yesterday and then quote me a $650 replacement - Dominic used his recently calibrated equipment to recheck it for me and it passed subsequently saving me $$$ with his honesty - I would highly recommend Dominic with Griggs Plumbing!

Joe Ziglar was the service person who installed my water heater. He was very professional but also very personable. I felt like he genuinely cared about the customer experience.

Connor came out. Was super honest. Didn’t try to sell me a bunch of crap. Reading these reviews makes me kind of sad. So many people bashing them for their pricing but as a business owner I know what it takes to keep a business alive in today’s economy. I’ll tell you what matters to me, professionalism, honesty and quality service. Those are the things I’m willing to pay for and those are the things this company has delivered. You guys rock, keep your chins up, thank you again !

I was impressed with the company and Dominic, the technician, who was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was pleased to have them arrive within 30 minutes due to a plumbing emergency. I feel confident in recommending them and will not hesitate to call them again.

Had Griggs come out for toile water never went down . The guy they sent was here for 45 minutes and assured me he had fixed the problem, , something was blocking the flow. Total bill was $ 532.00 . Less than 48 hours later same problem, water would not go down. I called him, and reassured him I would not be paying for the service visit today, and his reply was “ well , you could have done something to screw it up@. The service man came out (same one) that was here 2 days earlier. And this time he used a camera,and found a root was causing the blockage and wanted to charge me $859.00 to fix it. I called the boss, and he refused to put the $532.00 towards it! I asked them to leave my house. I would never use them again, and I will tell all my friends about this incident!!!!!!

They came out when they said they would, they were professional and friendly and took very little time to fix my pipe. The price seemed high but I’m not sure what the price should be otherwise. I’m happy though. I’m glad it’s fixed.
