On time and efficient. In and out in about 45 minutes and made sure all questions were answered. Cleaned up after and all work completed and satisfactory. I would give them four out of five.

Two days before Christmas my disposal starting leaking terribly. I was in the midst of preparing food for a large family meal. I was desperate! I called around for a plumber and Redemption Plumbing said they were able to come right over. They came within the hour and replaced my disposal and were very professional. Working with Brett and his company was an awesome experience. He called me promptly and kept me informed every step of the way as he replaced our water heater. I would highly recommend him. He will be the person we call for future appliance repairs or replacements.

I was recommended this company by a plumber I had used in the past. My house is on the market and after a potential buyers inspection, it came to light that I needed to install a backflow.
I reached out to Redemption and was told they could come by and check out the property and give me an estimate. That, fortunately, went off without a hitch.
When it came time to schedule the actual work, there was some confusion.
My appointment was set, changed to a later time, and then canceled. This was due to lack of communication from them to me with regards to my property address and county.
After I reached out to them upon receiving the cancellation, we were able to set up a new time and schedule for the work. On the set date, I received a message 4 1/2 hours after the end of the service window they provided me saying that They were on their way to do the job. I was concerned with a timeframe of the end of day and work needed, so once again had to contact them to get clarification.
I was told the work would be done by the end of the day.
A couple hours later, I received a message from my credit card company saying that there was a charge for the work done, without any communication and/or pictures provided. A minute or two later, I also received an email about a survey.
I was a little disappointed that this was how they chose to do their business - money before customer service.
I was trying to handle this all from out of state, and I expressed that a number of times, hoping that they would understand the importance of keeping me in the loop.
I spent too much time, calling them and asking for clarification, about things that should’ve been readily communicated to me.
I understand small businesses have many clients and not enough time in the day, but I was very specific in my communication with them, and I wish I had received the same treatment.

We were unable to get hot water in our addition and they said putting in a $2400 pump would work. I paid them and checked the water and it still was not getting hot so they said I needed a new hot water tank. I had a new hot water tank installed and I still don’t have hot water.

We had a major plumbing issue at our assisted living facility—a tough blockage caused by a buildup of “flushable” wipes. Brett and his team from Redemption Plumbing came out quickly and handled the job with total professionalism. They not only cleared the blockage efficiently, but also took the time to explain what had happened and gave us great advice to help prevent future problems. Their knowledge, kindness, and respect for our residents and staff really stood out. We are so grateful for their prompt and reliable service—Brett and his crew are truly the team you want on your side when plumbing problems strike!

We cannot say enough about this plumbing company. Our office lost water due to a damaged backflow, and they were able to come out promptly, diagnose the issue, and replace the backflow. Their technician was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and professional throughout the entire process. Thanks to their quick response and quality workmanship, we had water restored to our building in no time.

Referred by a Contractor Friend, Dan Baker, at Air and Heat. Was able to talk to the scheduler right away, and told when they would be here as we had no water whatsoever at the street, after the meter, and the County could care less, nor could the company that originally certified the backflow device. I was assured that they would take great care of us. At the time of the appointment the two certified plumbers arrived, neatly dressed, with all of the tools, parts, and equipment ready to tear into the yard and the plumbing. We were given a very very fair price, and they got to work. No standing around, no smoking, drinking or eating, just working, like a finely oiled Swiss Watch in synchronized action. When they were done, there was absolutely nothing wrong or laying around. They have a customer for life. And. They are non-union, and support our military, I’m a former Marine, and a retired Police Officer. Great folks to work with.

Holy cow they fixed my Plumbing which I thought would take several hours and and they just did it so fast. Unbelievable I'm really impressed. I'm going to keep using them for future. They recommended by Gator Plumbing who did my Plumbing for me originally. So yes I'm very happy with what they did. Cuz I had a leak in my Plumbing in my tub and it put all new stuff and it didn't take them long. They did a very very clean and nice job. And they fixed my toilet. And a few other things but I'm very very happy thanks again guys. And now I have to just clean my tub and everything so I can use it again. Now to clean my tub
