We have been using Richard’s Plumbing for years and they are top notch! They schedule us whenever we need them and always do an excellent job repairing any issues that it’s our plumbing.

Richard's has been a reliable source whenever I have any plumbing problems. Most recently my bathroom sink had a leaking faucet. Jeff was sent to my house that same day and did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable and listened carefully when I talked, or had questions. He was very polite as well. So this was a great experience.

We had a leak in our bathroom, we called Richard’s, they got us on their schedule the same day. The tech arrived promptly, asked a lot of questions and the problem was quickly isolated, remedied and fixed.

FANTASTIC SERVICE for a fair price.

Stephen, our technician, was awesome. He quickly identified and fixed our electrical problem (a faulty electric switch). Then I presented him with a totally new request ... to install a 240v outlet for a plug-in hybrid car. He pivoted quickly and addressed this new task in no time at all. Professional, courteous, efficient! I have used Richard's for my electrical and plumbing needs for almost 10 years and they have never let me down.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We just recently moved into our rental and had an emergency situation late at night.
Within 10 minutes of us contacting our property manager Paul was at our doorstep. (I REALLY hope his name was Paul, because he deserves the recognition, but I mistakenly forgot his name and thought it was richard 😭).
In the midst of our chaos and even though it was late on a Sunday night, he was kind, efficient, and quick to address and fix the issue.
I will be recommending Richard’s Plumbing to everyone.

I had a leaking hot water heater tank. Barbara in the office gave me a timeframe between 12 and 2 PM before technician would come out. Just after 11 AM, I get a text from technician Brian that he is on his way! He did an awesome job! Very professional, courteous and answered any questions I had. By the way, I enjoyed listening to his truck radio (don’t worry, not loud) playing older country! Yee haw! Thank you Brian!

I called Richards Plumbing today. Selling a condo and buyer would like a few items fixed. The response and communication was absolutely amazing and they got the job done already. Wow! I highly highly recommend Richards Plumbing. I've never worked with a contractor who was that speedy and well organized - and I've worked with many as a realtor.

I had a serious backflow issue that was pouring out water, and Urias came to the rescue. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and walked me through all the options without any pressure. Yes, it was an expensive repair, but with the condition the old backflow was in, I know I made the right decision. He installed a brand-new assembly quickly and professionally, and I’m grateful I didn’t try to kick this repair down the road.

Leaving the review for my elderly parents. Richard's made it very easy for them and took the time to have multiple phone calls to explain and schedule. In addition to doing a great job Jeff the technician went above and beyond for them putting back shelving and items in a tight space.

Called Richards Plumbing a couple of times when I had a leaking wax seal on one toilet and a clogged toilet. Paul senior and Jacob came out to repair the leak and Paul III came out to fix the clogged toilet. They all responded quickly and were very courteous and worked fast to fix the problems. Will definitely call them again. Excellent service and workmanship! A+A+A+!!!

Had Justin M perform an annual BPR retest today after leaky gasket on test 1, Very nice & corgil, BPR passed but informed me that it will need an internal rebuild probably next year due to age & use factors, internals indicating wear. Gave me a price to plan for the rebuild next year. Justin cleared the shut-off projection with the County before he departed. Could not be happier with Richards Plumbing & Electric Services. I called to have them look for a gas leak over a week ago someone came out and said they basically couldn't do anything because my gas line was shut off And had to pay $100 The second day someone came they couldn't figure out where the leak was But then they told me that I needed A whole new gas line installed after they cut a hole in my cabinets and a hole in my wall they still couldn't figure out where the leak was coming from. After paying about $700 I still have no resolution to my gas leak And no answers and not even a quote for A new gas line. I was promised I would get a quote from them on Monday or Tuesday (still haven't gotten that even) and I had to call to try and speak to the guy because I had another company come out and they told me that if I was only smelling gas when the oven was on Then it's a big possibility that it could be the oven And not needing a gas line installed. I still have not received a quote to have the gas line installed It's been over a week And I can't even get a quote... And have already paid $700 And have no answers But they were able to cut a hole in my cabinet and cut a hole in my wall in the closet! What did I pay the $700 for? Extremely frustrating as it's been over a week already.

Not sure why, but was not able to find the leak. Although, he deserves 5 stars because he went out of his way to check things he didn’t need to check as a plumber. He checked the air handler and the tile work and other things just trying to figure out why the floor was wet. He was so nice and patient.

It took 4 1/2 days for roughing in a toilet sink shower and water heater. The cost was double what was expected. I would like an itemized bill prior to paying. We love Richards Plumbing and electric. Have used them for 10 years. People are great. This is our first bad experience.
