I recently bought a house, and within a week, the city informed me we had a backflow valve issue. With all the expenses of buying a home, adding another unexpected cost was the last thing I wanted. I turned to online reviews to find a reliable plumber, and I'm so glad I came across this company. Brett, the owner, showed up early the next morning, provided an estimate on the spot, and completed the job promptly. The price was extremely reasonable, which was a huge relief. What impressed me even more was that Brett, the owner himself, did the job—it truly shows how much he values his company and the quality of his work. The quality of the work was excellent, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’ll definitely be recommending them to friends and family and will call them back for any future repairs. Arrived as promised, and offered a very fair price for fixing my leaking issue. I would highly recommend their services!

Gonna divide this in two ways: first, Brett arrived just outside the promise time which was not an issue. He was very personable and appeared to do an excellent job. Secondly, the cost of the service call was outrageous. He was here for one hour labor, fixed two outside spigots and removed a bidet from a toilet, all with very little additional hardware. That came to $800!!! We went ahead with it to get the job done not really knowing what little time it would take. We probably won’t use them again. Going forward will shop around and get multiple quotes even if we have to pay a fee for them to come out

They were able to help me the same day! Alex came out and did an amazing job fixing my water heater!! I thought for sure we were going to have to replace some parts but no replacements were needed :)

Brett and his employees were great to work with. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to plumbing and get the job done correctly. Brett rebuilt two shower valves for us, in and out in an hour! Called Brett again to replace our hot water heater, had us up and running in a few hours, beautiful workmanship.

We had a sewer backup. Called and they came same day. They solved the problem quickly. I would recommend them.

I had a horrible experience with this company! I felt I was extremely overcharged. They put 2/$300 faucets in my bathroom and charged me $2400 installation for both. $1,600 for the kitchen one. I contacted them repeatedly and he feels justified in his ridiculous pricing schedule. The going rate on Google for his area is $300-$800 including the faucets! I was charged over $1,500 per bathroom sink and $1,600 for the kitchen. My advice is get a FIRM quote first. I had been a loyal customer, NEVER AGAIN!

Needed a regulator installed and when I called my propane company they could not come out for 5 weeks. Redemption Plumbing was recommended to me. They were able to make an appointment within a few days and able to replace the part and had me up and running the day of the appointment. 5 stars. Very appreciative of RP and will be my plumbers going forward.

Excellent service, excellent price. Josh and Thomas were excellent. They fully explained all details and immediately got to work. They made a very stressful experience very pleasant. These guys are top of the line professionals. They came to my home took out an old water heater, bought a new one, totally installed in under 2 hours. I have never seen anyone work like that and I am from New York.... I am totally impressed

Brett saved me a lot of money not having to break up my walk in shower tile floor, after he jack hammered the floor in my closet to get to the original pipes and assess what was going on under the slab, instead used his 30 years of knowledge to cap off the leak in the original plumbing in the wall to the broken pipe under the slab. I would still be in the shower digging up concrete to find that leak, he saved our day for sure. Thank you Brett!!

Had a leak under my kitchen sink. Called Saturday morning and they were here and had it fixed same day. Professional and quick service.

Good service, but twice what I paid a few months ago in Michigan for the same work. So very expensive. I cannot recommend based on cost.
