Same day service was a huge relief. I was able to set a same day appointment via Google with Local Plumber of Sarasota for 1:00-3:00PM. James called around 1:00PM to let me know he'd be at my house around 2:30PM...& he was right on time...& so very polite. He took a look & immediately knew we needed a new water heater [which I assumed]. James was able to order & pick up our new water heater & get it installed by 4:30PM. Quick & efficient service at a fair price just isn't the norm these days so it was an absolutely refreshing experience with Local Plumber of Sarasota!!! Thank you so much for the great service!

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Shawn who came out to clear a toilet. Shawn was kind, courteous and professional. He cleared my line in no time. Shawn is the reason I keep using Richards plumbing.

Exceptional work, highly knowledgeable and great communication. We had an emergency pipe burst and Richards was able to get us on the schedule first thing next business day. Shawn and Mitchell were great and efficient. I’d highly recommend Richards for plumbing services.

The bathroom drain was badly clogged.
Richard was able to unclog the drain without having to replace the piping and he checked it for leaks. He also checked our kitchen sink to make sure it was draining properly too.
He was friendly and efficient. 👍

Shawn was the technician that came to replace two valves for our washer. He did an excellent job, he's very knowledgeable, he also help answering all my questions on other plumbing projects, gave me very thoughtful, safe and professional advise looking out for us.Job very well executed! My 90 year old mother called this company to look at her toilet. Guy came over and told her it would be $300 to fix, plus he charged her $100 just to go there. She texted me a pic of the issue and I told her what part to go buy. (I live in MI) She said it cost $10 and my husband said it would take someone about at most a half hour to fix. This company should be ashamed taking advantage of an elderly lady on an extremely tight budget. She found a maintenance man to fix it for her, but she is still out the $100 for the guy to look at it for 5 mins. Shame on you.

Paul and Jake did an amazing job analyzing and repairing the problem with our water heater. They were professional and did an excellent job explaining the problem. We are going to make Richard's Plumbing & Electric are go to plumbers!!

Your Technician, Stan, did a great job in replacing my outlets. One of the outlets made a popping noise and left a burn on my wall. Needless to say, all is well and I can't thank Richard's Plumbing & Electric for addressing the problem so fast.

They came out on a Saturday trying to fix a problem which may be associated with my HOA and another Tile in the complex they got it running but then the next day it backed up again they tried it again and so far so good very nice working with them. I was very impressed.

Cole cleaned out our slow kitchen sink drain very thorough, polite and informative.
Richards plumbing is very easy to deal with. Even our puppy loved Cole.

Shawn was very professional and made the process easy.

Part 2. Water heater installed in attic this morning. Came home after work to flooded garage. Repairman here now. More to follow.

Part 3: I see your response.You have addressed all my concerns? I am SHOCKED. I have yet to get a call from the owner expressing any concern over flooding my garage. I have had workers show up with no notice. My concerns have NOT been addressed. I am VERY disappointed to read this. I could continue but I am not going to let you ruin my Saturday.
