This is a good company, great customer service, prices seem reasonable for what is done. Shawn has come out twice to the house for the same issue, the second time was a return trip to find the "root" cause of the issue. He is knowledgeable, and tries everything he can to keep the cost down for the customer. Shawn found the issue, gave us ideas and fixed the issue for us until we figure out the next step. Truly appreciate the candor and honesty from Shawn and Richards Plumbing. The customer service is top tier and highly suggest using them.

I set up an appointment with Richard's to have my new Sink and Garbage disposal installed on Monday September, 15th. This was a complected install since we had to work with another contractor for cutting the solid surface counter to fit thenew, lager sink. Hanna, the Office Manager arranged for the plumber, Paul to remove the old sink on late Monday so the contractor could cut the counter. She then had Paul out at my house at 8:15AM on Tuesday Morning to complete the new Installation. What a great team!
I've rated Richard's 5* on the Home Depot Pro-referral, I'd add more, but that's the best I can do on it.

Had water coming out under the tile floor. Slava did and excellent job diagnosing and repairing leak inside the wall. He sent pics and video during the process. Great communication. Price was very reasonable for having to remove hot water heater, repair pipe, then reset water heater. Very happy 😊

Highly recommend Richards. They are knowledgeable and professional and their prices are reasonable. Had a problem. Woth our backlog prevented and they arrived when they said they would, with the parts needed and fixed it right, and efficiently.

We are so grateful to Richard’s Plumbing and Electric for their prompt response, to our plumbing problem. We were shocked when we received an extremely high water bill and called them for help. Richard’s scheduled an appointment for us and sent a very nice young gentleman, Cole, to repair our water leak. He was on-time, friendly, kind and yet very professional. We received an estimate and the approximate time of completion. The price was reasonable for what needed to be done and Cole finished the work when he said he would. We are more than satisfied with the technician, the office staff and the job they did and the pricing. We would definitely recommend them! 🙂🙂

Jeff and Kaleb did a fantastic job unclogging our kitchen sink. They had to get up on the roof and both were very professional, thorough and skilled. They tried to get us the best price possible for the job and will be using them again in the future. You could tell Jeff has had years of experience he knew right away what to do to fix the problem and was very pleasant and kind trustworthy which is hard to find these days usually companies are trying to overcharge you for parts or services that are not needed and we appreciate the honesty especially nowadays when times are tough for everyone financially. Please gentlemen should be acknowledged for their hard work and valued by the company as good employees are hard to find.

We had Richard’s Plumbing at home yesterday to install a new toilet. Our plumber ‘Urias’ was just an absolute pleasure to work with! Very friendly, professional and on time. He did a wonderful job with the install and cleaned up everything when he was done. We’ve had Richard’s Plumbing at home a few times now and we’re always pleased with the plumbers and the service. Highly recommend them for all plumbing needs.

Very nice and fixed a plumbing problem! The lady who scheduled and the actual team of plumbers seemed to really care about our issue. They made sure to get someone to us in a timely manner! Sold an expensive water heater with air capabilities. Absolutely hopeless in cooling garage which was stated it does. Should have just got a basic unit. Feel like I was sold a unit that was not necessary.

Yesterday, I called redemption plumbing for the first time. I chose them because I like the name and reviews. The staff was extremely responsive. The next day, they sent Josh and his crew out to give me an estimate, not only did I get the estimate, they were able to accommodate my ask that day. I had a hot water heater relocated and installed along with a new vent pipe. They also cleaned up the laundry room hot and cold water faucets and gave it an updated look. I highly recommend redemption plumbing for your plumbing needs. five stars for sure.

I had a broken backflow pipe over the 4th holiday weekend and Redemption was referred to me by my normal plumber as he was out of town. They called me back in a very timely matter. Everything from start to finish was excellent. I am still very loyal to my regular plumber, but if he is ever out of town I will definitely call Redemption again. Thank you sooooo much!

Alex knew his stuff and had the pipe under the sink which came apart from the connector repair done in about a total of a half hour. The parts for the work I had done would probably cost $10 or less at the hardware store. The cost was $350. I wish Redemtion Plumbing had a way of figuring costs of small repairs like this in a more comprehensive and fair way. Maybe they could give discounts to vets, service folks like firefighters, EMS, nurses, teachers etc. as when we retire our pensions just don’t keep up.

Fantastic Customer Service and followup. Brett and his team did an outstanding job and I appreciate the effort to help us get our place back in shape after two hurricanes. They repiped our home and completed some other items, taking care of all aspects of the project and permitting.
