Having purchased a new dishwasher through Costco and having a terrible experience with their installer “Elite Install Solutions” who would not make the installation because there apparently wasn’t just the perfect conditions in which they expected me to first buy additional materials, but then said that my cabinetry was not straight forward to allow easy connections, I needed to work out and installation refund from Costco and find my own plumber. Enter Flow Masters, Plumbing and Air solutions. They called back within an hour of my placing a call to them, and they sent their technician to my home the following day. The technician Cody was terrific. Extremely competent, respectful, hard-working, and just a great plumber. He did have some difficulty and installing the drain and water feed lines. I apologized For the job, not being so straightforward. He assured me that it was not a problem, that I was the last installed of the day, and he was determined to install my dishwasher correctly and to my satisfaction. I was extremely pleased with the job and with the company in general Very happy that the price I quoted did not change with the additional word Cody had to perform. They will be “my plumber” going forward and I will happily recommend them at every opportunity when Anyone asked me for the name of a good plumber!

We had a wonderful experience with CJ who was professional and informative the entire day he was at our house. He worked so hard to repair a leak in our front yard- and ended up creating an above-ground bypass so we could have water restored by end-of-day. I would highly recommend CJ and Flow Masters Plumbing!

CJ Clevenger was one of the best technicians I have ever dealt with! He was very polite, professional, thorough, knowledgeable and kind. He explained everything in detail so I could understand the water heater operation and the attached comfort system. He went above and beyond getting parts for a couple of hiccups that occurred but he fixed everything correctly and we have a brand new water heater that works magnificently throughout the house. I would recommend CJ and Flow Masters to anyone looking for a great plumbing experience!!

Matt did a great job of finding the issue that was causing of problems. Then he was able to fix it efficiently. He explained everything to me along the way. We are waiting for my warranty company to give approval for bim to actually complete the job, but he is almost there. Very polite and considerate.

Flow Masters came to assess moisture in our bathroom wall and cupboard. They determined the leak was a pipe inside the wall, leading to the bathroom. They were able to access and make the repair from the outside wall of our home. They repaired the wall, and we have not had any further problems. Work was completed quickly, workers were polite and didn't leave a mess. Everyone we interacted with was professional and did good work.

CJ clevenger was my technician and I've never been more happy with a service request ! He was very kind and professional, he came in listened to everything I was concerned about addressed all my issues and even went above and beyond to fix other small related issues he saw. He fixed my water pressure and corrected the caulking that needed to be fixed as well without me even mentioning it but was on my list of things to fix. He was quick and efficient . His work was very clean and nice looking, cleaned up when he was finished. I couldn't be more happy ! Thank you so much !

Called Quality Plumbing today they came out and replaced my whole back flow system $950 out the door!! Have used them for many other things highly recommended!!!

They knew I was without water for a couple days. They came the next day, dug the hole and did all the work in The steady Florida rain sometimes pouring sometimes stoping but they kept working until it was finished!
