We had a clogged shower and needed help right away. Brooke got us scheduled and set expectations for Shane’s arrival. Shane was friendly and knowledgeable. He scoped the line and explained what we were looking at. Very pleased.

Very pleased with their work but most of all how fast they responded. Found out our water heater failed last night, called around 830am and they were onsite with a new one around 1pm. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Their prices stink. They came out within 2 hours of calling on a Sunday evening, this was great because I was really in a bind.
BUT the guy showed up and told me it would be $900 to fix my pipe. I said thanks, have a nice day, and he came back and said he’s do it for $450. I said, no, I still cannot justify spending that much. So he came back again at $260. Initially, he would have happily robbed my family of $900. To be honest, $260 for 45 minutes and no parts, is still robbery.
This review does not go against the employee, he was just doing as he had been instructed. He was friendly and knew what he was doing. At the end of the day, provided a good service in a timely manner.

Julian came out and diagnosed the problem with my water heater. He discovered that it was an easy fix, so he repaired it at no charge.
I will call Mr. Rooter again for all of my plumbing needs.

I had an emergency at my property. My regular plumber wasn't quick to respond, so I called Mr. Rooter. Heather answered right away and was sympathetic to my situation.

Once the plumber arrived, Nick diagnosed the situation and went above and beyond to ensure I knew exactly what was happening and what would be my responsibility vs. The HOA.

I give Nick and Heather the gold star for service!

Memorial weekend and my drains backing up UGH. Called And spoke with Heather who was super nice and helpful. She had a tech here within 70 minutes. Adam was super nice and informed me of the process. He was polite and quick and did a great job. I highly recommend calling them when you have issues. Thanks.

I highly recommend Mr. Rooter of Bradenton. I had called another local company out to our property and not only were they not able to help, but they wanted to charge me thousands of dollars for an unnecessary service to "fix" my problem. Within 10 minutes of Nick showing up (exactly on time), he fixed the problem for a few hundred dollars. Their technician, Nick was very friendly and knowledgeable, and I will definitely call Mr. Rooter back if I need their services again.

I could not be more pleased. My technician, Alex, was great. They addressed my problem same day. My plumbing system was clogged. He knew the issue immediately. I didn't have to wait 24 hours. It was after 5 on a Friday. I thought the price was fair.

We have been having a lot of trouble finding a good plumber for our business. We had a great experience using Mr. Rooter! Heather was very responsive and quick to schedule us and Luke was very professional and knew his stuff. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs!

Sent a plumber 1 hour after my call, very impressed with this company honest with some humour, to calm me down from the mess we were dealing with. Plus solved our problem at 1 am when other 24/7 companies said would help. In those critical time of night when all were closed. All in all Luke Vickers though quite young, but very professional and calm dealing with us, should receive a 5 star rating.

Today we had Luke and Jacob. They came to check out our bathtub drain that was cemented shut, and they did really really try to fix it! It just wasn’t possible, which was absolutely expected. The next option was to replace the drain which is a 4-7 hour job. They, with no complaints or hesitations, returned to replace our drain the same day.
They were super friendly and efficient; they didn’t mind any of the mess from us painting the house and were super respectful! These boys deserve a raise! haha!!
They replaced the drain and quite literally saved our house! They also cleaned up and left no mess, they were really fast for how extreme of a job and they even tolerated the nosy neighbors harassing them!
Overall 100/10 and the next time we have plumbing issues we’ll be calling these guys. also they’re super cute!

We had an emergency water heater leak . Called Mr Rooter , the young man arrived in 30 mins on a Sunday evening ., drained the tank , removed and replaced it with an efficient new tank with new copper piping instead of the old pvc ones . Very Clean worker , well mannered , and skilled . Thank you Mr Rooter

Luke did an awesome job on our sewer line repair and access points. He thoroughly explained the options which allowed us to select the best choice for repair. If you want quality service and great customer service I highly recommend Mr. Rooter!
