We had a clogged up kitchen sink drain and Technician Alexander Zhupa came out in less than a hour on Sunday and got us back up and running. He was very professional, friendly, and worked efficiently. Great job to him and his team.

Mr. Rooter Plumbing is a wonderful company!! I called this company after weeks of dealing with another company I thought was coming to repipe my water pipes. In the meantime things became extreme with the leaks. I reached out to Mr Rooter Plumbing, upon calling i spoke with a very pleasant young lady named Jersey. She had Alex and Julian out to my residents within an hour! These two young men restored my faith in getting my leaks stopped, and in such hard working, pleasant, informative, polite young people! Alex and Julian got right on the job! This job would take most companies a couple of days but these two young men worked until 200 am to complete this job and not leave us without water! They also had no fear of climbing under a mobile home and getting the repiping completed. They were extremely pleasant and kept me informed of what they were doing every step of the way. I appreciate and thank this company so much for their help and coming to my rescue. Their politeness and work ethics are outstanding.

We had a plumbing emergency tonight, Thanksgiving Eve of all nights but I am thankful I called Mr. Rooter. Within an hour Alex showed up with a smile on his face. He fixed our issue quickly and had a great attitude about it. Thank you for a job well done!

Luke fixed my problem and was very professional and friendly! I will definitely call you guts and ask for Luke when I have another plumbing problem.

They get you hooked with a $100 show up fee. Then charge $500+ for a 30-45 minute job. I did this service years ago so I know what I am talking about

Luke was polite and professional, diagnosed the problem quickly, and made the repair at what I felt was a very reasonable price. I'm an absentee landlord and it's nice to have service I can trust from afar. I will be using Mr. Rooter in the future and will be reccomending them to others.

Luke was such a rockstar. The very best experience I’ve ever had with a plumber by far (and I’ve met a number of them). Luke arrived on time and immediately went to work hunting down the source of the problem for us. He was probably there for about an hour trouble shooting and explaining things to us. Ultimately he figured out that our anticipate multiple thousand dollar repiping job for a “leak” was just the hose in the backyard running… 🤦‍♀️ Luke was so kind, patient and honest throughout the entire time he was there and ultimately didn’t even charge us a PENNY for fixing our problem! Wow. Will 100% be using Luke and Mr Rooter again in the future! Thank you so much!

Luke came out and fixed our plumbing in our kitchen and did a fantastic job. He was patient and had great quality in his work. I recommend that Luke from Mr Rooter in Bradenton.

We needed a Moen shower cartridge replaced that I attempted to remove with no success
I called Mr Rooter and a very nice woman said she could have a technician out this morning
Alex your technician was prompt knowledgeable courteous and kind he worked diligently to remove the old cartridge then installed the new one Alex is a great asset and everything is well

Luke and Patrick were very friendly, walked me through every step of what needed to be done. There was another tech they did introduce him to me but I've forgotten his name. But they all were very professional and took great care of us.

I am very disappointed in my experience today with this company. I put out a call for a clogged toilet. I requested an idea of cost over the phone which they would not provide. I agreed to the $65 dispatch fee in light of the $50 online coupon, mentioning this when I made the appointment.
The estimate to unclog the toilet with $770 which I can’t afford. They tech then said he could not apply the coupon to my service charge fee. In the future, I will save my time and money and hire a company that is transparent with pricing.

Mr. Luke Vickers was the service man everyone would like to have. Totally respectful and easy to work with. He knew his trade and solved our problem of toilets not flushing quickly. I highly recommend Luke to anyone needing a great plumber. I give Luke 5 stars.

I had a terrible drainage issue at my new house in Parrish only 2 days after moving in. We couldn’t flush our toilets or take a shower without water coming up in our lowest shower and toilets. Luckily I called Mr. Rooter and they sent Patrick to my house within an hour. Not only was he punctual, but he went above and beyond. He found the root cause of the issue, showed me on his camera and also have me some recommended tips to prevent it from happening again in the future. Top notch service.

The plumber came out in a timely manner and had no idea how to swap out a valve . Very poor service. Nothing was fixed.

A couple months ago we bought a new fridge. When it was delivered we were informed that the delivery company/installer wouldn’t mess with copper water lines. We contacted several plumbers and appliance repairmen who caused more confusion about who could do the job. We finally got in touch with Mr. Rooter who said they could help. Alexander Zhupha came out and attached the water line fast and efficiently. He was very knowledgeable about his work and did a great job! Highly recommended.
