Mark was very pleasant and did a great job. He even cleaned up hardened stains around the toilet which I couln't get to becasue of a back injuy.

Colin did a great job! He was very friendly and was able to fix my faucet problem super fast!

Thomas did a great job for us. We originally called him out to find out what was wrong with our well system and he diagnosed it quickly and also water tested for us. Gave us options and great advice. We decided to show him another plumbing problem we had in our bathroom for our investment property and he diagnosed and fixed it quickly. If you are going to use BJ Plumbing , make sure to request Thomas. He was very knowledgeable and super friendly to boot. Best experience with a plumber so far. 5 stars.

Very helpful! When we called around for a plumber they were the only ones to send help out. We are looking forward to having a membership with them for their best service! Demetrick Smith came out and helped us with the new home problems.

Such a talented man! We are in the process of getting more plumbing done for our new home, with need of the drain from the house to be replaced, and a new system for our kitchen fridge it’s such a pleasure to have them help! Totally recommend them!!

It has been a new year and we have had them once again come out and save the day with getting a new water heater due to this one being old as the appliances since the move it’s been just a ride. But thankfully being members with Benjamin they have been wonderful and to all the plumbers that have came out to our home we thank you so much!! Look forward to the next step in taking care of the new bathroom plumbing !

I called in for a dripping tub faucet and loose sink handle. It took this plumber of 26 years almost an hour to find the water shut off valve outside my condo. That is after I went out and showed him where it was. He then tried to charge me $3,600 for the repair and even attempted to sell me a water heater!! I gladly paid him $90 for his no service, service call and politely asked him to leave. Complete cheats- go anywhere else! I can post a pic of the bill if necessary. Very dishonest people.

Julio the plumber who was assigned it to come was completely professional, he heard me explaining about the issue in my washer draining pipes outside and what it was happening and he un cluttered the pipes wait that I tested the washer on it’s draining cycle that see if it was ok, after that, he use a camera and show me where exactly the problem was and advice some things if this happens again in the future, above all he didn’t left making sure everything was working properly.
I definitely recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to anyone who needs any plumbing problems they’re efficient and the cost is not that high specially if you’re a veteran, they give you your 10% discount and also they can find more discount if is needed. It was a relax experience and also as a new home buyer, I learned so much with them. 👍🏻👍🏻.

Replaced the rotten cast iron drain pipes under the bathroom. Rodrigo and David dug down to the foundation and dug out the soil under the bathroom. Removed all the bad plumbing and replaced it with PVC pipe using code approved methods. Removed the toilet reinstalled it with all the proper parts, seating it to the floor with a solid fit. Properly re-connecting all the PVC pipes with clean out and after testing finished. Replacing all the soil removed from this project, it was leveled and removing all the debris and old bad plumbing. Your team Rodgrigo and David worked together like a smooth military operation, very impressive. They answered all my questions I had with a great attitude. All done in one day.

Mark and Brian spent 2 days here to replace the emergency stops under all the sinks. They also work hard working on our tankless hot water heater because we were not getting hot water. After much time and energy spent h. ere, it was determined that they had to replace the tankless hot water heater. It was under warrantee.
They were very polite and cooperative.
We were very satisfied.

gave me options and explained everything in detail. Julio
installed a new faucet and sprayer. I was very grateful and
