Our technician Patrick was very professional, through and friendly. He had the gas water heater replaced in a jiffy! We are very pleased!

1 guy here all 3 days 10/15 hour shift he was great hard worker. 2 others came helped they all were great friendly respectful.

I manage several vacation rentals and I had a clogged tub. The one guest checked out at 11am i did all the troubleshooting i could and it did not work. After numerous calls to get a plumber today, I was sent Luke Vickers. He was very professional and explained everything that needed to be done. After exhausting all he could do with his equipment he ran to home depot to try one more thing, and that was the trick! He got the tub unclogged. I appreciate that he stuck it out and did not give up. Thanks Luke!

We had great service from Mr Rooter Plumbing of Bradenton. We appreciated the quick response and our technician Luke was great in explaining the problem what had to be done. Will definitely use their service again.

New Years Day started off pretty rough until SuSu answered the phone for an emergency call to our house and said she could send out a plumber. Luke to the rescue! Luke showed up with a smile and confidently solved our plumbing issue!! Great service on a holiday!! Thank you!!

The technician was on time polite and came the same day. I did not however appreciate the information given, not being given to the tech who did not know how to fix the issue so had to Google and make phone calls only to be told that the repair would cost three times the amount of an actual new water heater. The service that needed to be done was a flush. Seems pretty excessive. Had the person I spoke with when scheduling mentioned that a flush ahead of time was that much I would not have spent $100 to have the tech come out at all so I feel a little bit taken advantage of.

Sewer back, called and received excellent service from the lady that answered the phone. Had a plumber at my door in less than 2hrs. He gave me 2 estimates, one for a simple snake out under $600.00, and one for a picture scope and clean out for $2700.00
We choose the simple snake out which was completed in less than 30 minutes. All in all in less than 1 hr the job was completed and my wife was very satisfied. Alex was very professional

Luke was the plumber. He did a great job determining the real issue and then FIXED the issue. Luke explained the steps of the process as he worked. Work outline, up front costs explained with no added costs. Great company, good plumber, clear pricing. 5 stars to company AND Luke!

Had toilet leak repair need and Mr Rooter was able to send a tech out on the same day (within about 3 hours of my call). The tech Luke Vickers was outstanding and took care of the issue....he was very professional, kept me updated on progress and did excellent work. Would not hesitate to have Luke and Mr Rooter work on any future needs we might have.

The task was not an easy one … however they did an amazing job job!! Patrick, Julian & James were absolute professionals and very conscientious of the details to best suit my needs for a new install of a w/d in a 60 year old first floor condo. Very pleased from the estimate process to completion. The gentleman explained everything, answered questions and offered to come back to help with delivery installation. Put things back and cleaned up! I most certainly recommend this company and will use again if needed. Thank you so much for the peace of mind and the pleasant experience 😊

I recently had an emergency plumbing issue in my house, so I scheduled appointment with Benjamin plumbing and was assured it will be today from 12-4. I specifically was looking for same day appointment, since my whole house was not draining. However 30 min later got message from the dispatch saying that they are overbooked and first available is tomorrow. While trying to contact them could not get a hold of anybody, but the call center.

Marvin is the best! He is very honest, explained everything clearly, and the work is super clean. I always want to learn from a skilled plumber and get the work done. Ben Franklin was quick to schedule too.

Very happy with the results provided by Demetrick. His outstanding effort did what two other plumbers could not do. His knowledge experience and friendly informative manner won the day and provided the result I was looking for. I would give him 10 stars if it was available. He far outshines his competition!!!

Habib was very knowledgeable and friendly. He gave us some good general information about use of our garbage disposal and other potential plumbing issues. We look forward to working with him in the future.

Update on 12/17/24. My hot water heater was leaking and I needed a new one. I called Ben Franklin and they had an opening same day. Thomas and Robert arrived and were able to replace it immediately. Great service and awesome technicians. I’m very appreciative to have this completed before the holidays.

Milton knocked my water purification system into my water main and snapped the pipe. I called Thursday after the storm and the tech arrived Friday. He had me restored for water before noon! He was a great guy and did great work. Highly recommend the company and this plumber.

I was so happy to get a same day appointment when I called on a Monday. Tom and Robert arrived within an hour. They did great work, overcame some problems, and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. They were both very friendly and professional. I highly recommend them!

Have had two different technicians come out two different times and each one was very respectful and honest. I never felt pressured into buying anything. They send out honest technicians and are not salespeople trying to make commission. Will definitely use Ben Franklin plumbing again in the future
