Constraction reviews in Brandon, Florida

After the excellent job on the roof, today Jamie and his crew came out cleaned whole house, top to bottom. Cleaned our concrete front patio, walkway, driveway, car port, back walkway. Another great job! Look bottom line, they are good at what they do and the results are actually better than what I envisioned. What really impressed me the most and why I will always use them is they treated my home and property as if it was their own. They do not rush, but take their time to do the job right. We have landscaping and landscaping lights. One person is always watering down grass, plants, trees so ensure nothing happens. Really good job guys! Definitely above my expectations.

Great job! They took extra care to make sure the plants around the house would not be harmed. James was great to talk with about the process. I highly recommend Apple Roof Cleaning.

Recently received roof cleaning services from Apple Roof Cleaning. They were both quick and effective. They were able to extend the life of my shingled roof for 6 or 7 years. In addition, my landscaping came through without any harm whatsoever. Greatly exceeded my expectations.

James was a delight to work with and went beyond the call of duty to help me make sure the gutters were cleaned out. I would highly recommend James and his company!

My roof was getting pretty moldy on the North side so I called Apple Roof Cleaning. We had used them about 5 years ago and were very pleased then. They came out once the weather cooperated and cleaned our roof once again. The job was excellent. The guys really have a pro set up, they are clean quick, efficient and they do the job right the first time. I’ll continue to use them and I highly recommend Apple Roof Cleaning to anyone that wants to keep their roof looking new and lasting as long as possible. Beyond the looks of a clean roof, this type of roof cleaning does make most roof types last much longer.
