Constraction reviews in Brandon, Florida

Employees are extremely rude and unprofressinal. Driving like a lunatic because we were not moving fast enough for him so when he passes he gives the finger and spits on my windshield.. Real nice guys.. At the end of the day these are the type of people representing the company regardless of management or ownership.

I had my garage finished and countertops , cabinets and storage units installed that had my neighbors asking where they could get theirs done. It added a lot of value to the home and we were able to get a higher appraisal value later on. Don’t sleep on this company, they’re the best!

Angelo and his crew did an exceptional job on my home. They are dependable, knowledgeable, fast and thorough. I am also very pleased with the job costs. They are the very best.

I had a exterior door that needed installed that I had several estimates on but could never get anyone to respond after that however someone recommended ADS to me and as soon as he gave me the quote, he was on it. I LOVE my new door, he worked with me on every detail and the price was great, thank you Angelo Suszynski!

I was selling my house and the inspection report stated the bottom of the front porch columns were possibly rotting on the inside and the stucco was cracking. I received a recommendation of ADS from my realtor and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. He was fast, fair, and understanding of the urgency. He replaced the wood on the bottom, did the stucco, and then painted a week later. Perfect!

Angelo and his workers were awesome! They did an excellent job and completed our project in a timely manner. He was available and communicated on a frequent basis. We were definitely pleased with their services and quality of work!

Had a large do it yourself project in the works ( a 18x24 Full outdoor kitchen) and due to time and kids the project stalled. Called Angelo with ADS and WOW did he make it happen. Not only was our project finished but the additional touches made it spectacular! This was project had much detail in, we used nominal cedar lumber which made for more tedious cuts and work on the pitch roof. I was impressed by his promptness and the cost came in under budget. For all my "future" do it yourself project, I will be calling Angelo at ADS! Thanks Angelo,
The Lahusky Family.... and Hanky Panky

I'm very pleased with the contracting Services that I've received from a DS building Services they installed a brand new kitchen and bath under budget and on schedule. I knew the first moment I met Angelo I would make the right decision and contracting ABS building Services he didn't pull any punches he give it to me straight and let me know exactly how it was he was going to go about construction. Highly recommend! If you're looking for a professional outfit look no further.

Angelo Suszynski from ADS building contractors LLC has done an outstanding job on my bathroom! I always heard that he was wonderful and I now know that to be true first hand! I recommend him for anything you need a trusted general contractor! Angelo and his team are trustworthy, dependable and have excellent workmanship. They even painted all the trim and even my shelving to match instead of the ugly green (which to me is above and beyond expectations)! It’s now all white!! So clean and fresh!! Thank you Angelo, Stephen and Anthony for job well done!!!

Side note: Angelo even ran for a replacement toilet because the one I had bought from Home Depot was broken in the box. He also went to Lakeland several times for my special mobile home parts. I never had to run for anything!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

What a Great Experience AGAIN with ADS Building Contractors! Angelo and his crew, Anthony & Steve were just unbelievable. They had another big job to do at our shop and once again they nailed it! They listen to the customers needs and wants and then if they find something that needs to be done another way for structural reasons, they EXPLAIN all of this to you prior to moving forward. His workers Anthony and Steve are plainly stated HARD CORE. They show up and work until their day is done. The entire Crew is Polite, Clean appearance, on time, no foul rude language, just delightful. This is a straight up A+ company. Price and Workmanship is unbeatable!!! I was so impressed I've hired them to work in my home. Thank You Angelo for Everything! Our New offices look Amazing! Sincerely, Lisa Lahusky

ADS recently closed in a room to create a laundry room for us... it turned out better than I could have imagined. They completely finished off the room for us, installed cabinetry, opened up a wall and installed a door. Additionally they had existing tile removed in office, kitchen and family room and beautifully installed about 650 SF of tile. We also had them install a new door leading from the house to our garage. The work was done professionally and completed on time. Angelo and team did everything as promised. All through the project it was obvious that it was important that I was getting what I wanted and that I was pleased with the work. I did have other estimates as well as that of ADS and the pricing was fair and competitive. I highly recommend ADS!

Angelo and his ADS Building Contractors crew did an outstanding job replacing the exterior French doors in my master bedroom. I appreciated their attention to detail and their efforts to ensure the job was done right. The doors needed to be trimmed to fit inside the steel doorway header and they went to great lengths to make appropriate size adjustments. I would not hesitate to contact Angelo for my next project.

ADS did a great job remodeling my kitchen!! After discovering mold during demolition, ADS set up and handled the mold remediation process too. All of the walls had to be ripped out, so this kitchen was literally built from scratch! I love it so much!!!! I highly recommend ADS!

Angelo and his crew did an amazing job on my window to patio door conversion. I had several delays on my end but Angelo followed through months later and made it happen. I was worried about doing construction on a 4 year old house, especially an exterior wall, but he made it look new again (just as he assured me it would). His prices were reasonable and he is trustworthy (hard to find in contractors these days). His people were also very conscientious, professional, and friendly…just like him. The quality of the work is evident in the pics within this review. I am super happy with how it came out :)

Total buildout of Great Clips salon from black box.

Jacob was my technician and he was great! Thank you!

I am a tenant at one of the properties that South Shore does maintenance for and I’m happy to have a maintenance company that makes everything so easy. Luis always does an awesome job, is professional and has a great attitude! Thanks guys!

Very unprofessional business. Didn't show up for a set appointment on a Friday afternoon. Didn't call or message to inform why. Just chose not to show up. Wasted our afternoon. Use a different company that cares!

I have been working with Sam & Deybin for a while now and they both have excellent customer service, every-time I submit a work order they are both on top of it to get me the best experience! Thank you guys :)

4 Weeks ago, I had Jeffrey come over to give a quote for repairs to my home. He spent well over an hour and a half with me discussing the repairs including taking measurements all on the inside & outside of the house.
I have called the office several times and received promises of call backs and left messages several times on Jeffrey's phone. I have yet to get a call back or even any kind of update regarding the quote.
I understand contractors are busy right now, but to not even call to say that my quote is being worked on, or a hey, we don't want to work this, or a sorry for the delay here's your quote is very unprofessional. It certainly makes one wonder if this is what the project would be like.
This was a prospective large project for them with the potential for more projects in the future, so I really don't understand why I can't get any type of update at all.
**Update- not even a hour after leaving this review I got a call back from Jeffrey saying they didn't want to take my project. 🙄 If it takes this much effort to get a call back, I would be hesitant to start a project with this company.*

I would highly recommend South Shore Contracting for all of your construction needs. I have worked with them for years, and they have always been honest and fairly priced. They are hard working and very professional. 10/10 from me.
