Constraction reviews in Brandon, Florida

Highly recommend Apple Roof Cleaning! They're super reliable, easy to work with to get on the schedule, great price and are very professional and thorough. We just got our tile roof done and it looks amazing. Thanks again!

James and his team arrived on time, took care with the chemical application to minimize damage to plants and yard. The roof look great after they were finished the roof wash. They offered good deal! I would not hesitate to hire them again.

Apple Roof Cleaning always does a fantastic job! His chemical application is safe and gets rid of any lingering mold or mildew— Thanks Jamie! The roof looks like new again!

We are thrilled with the results of getting our roof cleaned with Apple Roof Cleaning! They did a great job, our roof looks like brand new, they arrived on time and were very professional. I highly recommend giving them a call when you need to clean your roof.

I was recently referred to Apple Roof Cleaning by Bill Shields Roofing of Tampa. They had nothing but great things to say about Apple's work and that they have used them for years. They were right, Apple cleaned my two story barrel tile roof and it turned out great.

James the owner had great communication throughout the entire process and even managed the job himself to make sure it went perfectly. You can't go wrong with James and Apple Roof Cleaning.

We hired Pablo to do a major remodel of a house purchased in January 2018 in Bloomingdale. Everything was done extremely well and we hired him when we decided to remodel two baths and install flooring throughout. I would not hesitate to call on Pablo again to do any more work. He is extremely conscientious, responsive and competitively priced. I would highly recommend him.
