The technician arrived on-time with a van outfitted with a modern, high-end professional steam cleaning unit and three hours later, we thought we had new carpets installed throughout the house.

Our ancient carpets suffered abuse from heavy foot traffic (along with the "accidents" of an elderly Yorkie) but the knowledgeable technician used all the right tools to bring the nap up beautifully.

A 10/10 excellent experience!

This company was selected based on online reviews and resident comments kept by our CA. We needed carpet, upholstery and tile/grout cleaning. They did an excellent job cleaning carpeting in three rooms. The rest of the house has tile and in the high traffic areas it had become dull and the grout discolored. Their steam cleaning restored all to like new condition. Our 7 year old recliner was also restored to nearly new condition. Richard was personable and professional in all respects. His special purpose vehicle and all availabe equipment enabled him to complete all these services in one visit. As a homeowner, this has been the best experience we have had with any cleaners.

Speaking as one with six years carpet cleaning experience - Michael performed an excellent job cleaning my carpets. My small puppy had a rough go with training and he restored the Carpets to new! M&J presented themselves in a very professional and respectful way. They explained their cleaning process clearly to us. They helped us to see that their products were pet-friendly. They were prompt on every occasion and mindful of my home to protect our furniture including the table and furniture legs. Both rooms were completed in the same day. My office carpet had quite a few stains that I thought could not be removed. To my complete satisfaction they were gone.
