The price was ok from other jobs. We went to move in the next day and there was a heavy left over film all over the tile. So now I have to go back over every thing to reclean it. Not all tile was cleaned esp in corners. Seemed liked they did a quick job. Very frustrating..

They came to clean the carpets I noticed after they left they were still stains on the carpets and I waited til it dried to see if it was just because still wet but they are still there! I have dogs so I told them where some more attention needed but the stains are still there! I am disappointed this is my first time ever using a professional! I usually clean with my own machine and get it cleaner!!!

Tony did an awesome job cleaning my carpets. He had the technology to point out organic substances that couldn't be seen with the naked eye and got it all out! His competition has never demonstrated this before and F5 Carpet Cleaning will be my first choice always!!

Did a great job on carpet the carpet was wet a few months ago and the room had a musty smell. F5 carpet cleaning came in and remove the smell and remove 90% of the old stains that was there. they suggested that we get it clean again in a few months and even gave us a voucher that it will come out to do it again at no extra cost. They even made a suggestion on how to get rid of the musty smell in another room that did not have carpet repeat. I would definitely use this company again and refer everyone I know to this company I will be calling them again in a few months thanks

This was my first time using this company and I was very pleased. Tony and the other other gentleman were courteous and professional. Tony communicates with you through the process and by the time they finished, my carpet smelled and looked great.

Cleaning was quick and quiet and the floors look great! The cleaning corrected 10 years worth of traffic and grime and freshened the carpets to like new quality. Highly recommend the maintenance program for a great deal.

Easy to schedule online, called 2 hours before scheduled time. Very quick to clean the carpets in bedrooms and closets. Reasonably priced. No negative thoughts come to mind. Great work.

I was scheduled twice by this company and both times they failed to call and come out when they said they would. They have very little integrity and can't be trusted to make a simple phone call when agreed upon. They sent a text instead of calling and said they would call before 5pm on 25 January. They never called and based on prior reviews this type of untrustworthiness has happened numerous times.

The team arrived in an expeditious manner. They were professional from atart to finish. We quickly measured rooms and they wete finished far before I could have imagined. The carpets both look and smell perfect.

I will suggest them to all I know for quick, efficient and affordable carpet cleaning.

I had to use the one star, but honestly I am rating on response and professionalism. I had an appointment and was called saying they would be late. Ok, fine I totally understand things happen. Called again to say wasn’t going to make it and could be here the next day 8-9. That time didn’t work for me as I had movers scheduled. I was then told he would call to either work me in or reschedule…. It’s been 3 days, nothing!! I was trying not to use the big names but … now I’m skeptical of anything less.

They came and did a horrible job cleaning the carpets. Honestly, that’s not what bothered me. In business, you have days where you drop the ball. What really bothered me is what happened after they dropped the ball. After bringing the concern about the quality of the work to their attention, I was promised a refund. Well, this was in May 2018!!! It now, Feb 2020 and they still have not paid me back! I have the email chain to back up what I am saying. I don’t normally write reviews, but these folks shamelessly lied to me and I think people should know.

The technician showed up almost an hour late then told me that the $89 special didn't cover the size of the carpet I needed to clean and that no matter how well they would clean it, it will show the traffic pathways after done. Obviously he wasn't interested in complying with the commitment of honoring the promotion they had on TV. So, I rented a carpet cleaning machine from Home Depot and did it myself in less than 3 hours.

I have used many many many carpet cleaning people! As i have moved a lot!!!I randomly searched and by chance fell upon F5 carpet cleaning. Tony was lovely on the phone but i had no expectations as i thought the carpets i needed cleaning were beyond resurrection. I was moving houses so i left tony to complete the work on his own whilst i picked my kids up from school. When i came back i was so surprised and amazed at what he had done with my carpets!! At that point i thought there maybe a chamce that i may get my security deposit back!!
It was also very cheap amd unlike other people i used in the past i didnt feel like i was being ripped off or been sold a million things on top of what i asked for!!!
I dont usually write reviews but honestly i was so impressed.

2 weeks ago we hired this company to specifically clean pet odor in two rooms and they convinced me that cleaning 2 rooms would be the same price as 5 rooms. It seems like a good deal for $144 with what they call an "enzime treatment" for the urine odor. Well, save your money because it took 3 days to dry the carpets and the smell is all back and we think worst, because now is urine and a powder smell combined. I called to get them back, but the guy told me to call again next day to schedule since he didn't have his calendar in front of him. I called and it went to voicemail. He also said if we gave a positive feedback they would come back and do a new cleaning in 2 months for free...such a scam!! We have now gave up and wasted $144 dollars. They may be polite and on time, but did not solve our carpet problem. Go somewhere else because these reviews are definitely not what I experienced.

F5 carpet cleaning did the most amazing job on my filthy carpets. I had stains that I thought never would come out and this carpet looks absolutely new and Fabulous! I cannot more highly recommend this company for your carpet and furniture cleaning needs cleaning. Plus, they are very nice folks!
