Purchased my home in August 2014 and Tia has cleaned my pool since day one. It always looks sparkly and beautiful! I have absolutely no complaints. My pool is almost in full sunlight, so there is a lot of evaporation, but Tia keeps the water level perfect. And with all rain, the water is still clean and healthy to swim in!

Tia has been taking care of our pool for a few years. She works quick and the pool always looks great. When I have random equipment issues she almost always responds within minutes and has resolved several issues for us outside of the normal pool maintenance.

Very unhappy with this pool service. Poor communication. Did not follow up as promised. Phone calls and emails not responded to. Repairs not performed as promised...left my pipes leaking water for over a month. They Charge an excessive late fee if your even only day past invoice date. They charge you in Advance for service, regardless of work performed. Management not invested in "making it right". Pool cleaning quality poor. The lady that comes out for the initial assessment is nice and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, she does not preform future service and a person gets assigned who barely knows what they are doing. Not impressed at all with Marshall Pool Services and they are NOT recommended from me at ALL !!

After being taken advantage of by another pool company, Tia came and rescued my pool. She is honest, trustworthy, transparent, and takes pride in her work. I can not say enough about this company! She reassured me she’d get my pool back in tip top shape and she exceeded my expectations. So happy I found her. Highly recommend!

I have had several diff pool services come out an clean my pool . I was having a problem with some not showing or canceling . When I started with Marshall’s Pool service she was punctual ALWAYS never late or rushed . My pool looks amazing and if I need a little extra attention she has no problem coming to help make my pool look fabulous for all my entertaining I do . Highly recommend her .
