We are so happy to have Tia take care of our pool, she was able to squeeze us in and put us on a weekly schedule as a new customer, I called several places and they have no availability. We tried to take care of our pool on our own, but with Covid19 and working from home with the kiddos got a little tougher. Summer is here and we enjoy our pool everyday. Will recommend her service to anyone who has a pool.

Recently moved into a new home with a pool, and decided to find a pool service rather than try to maintain the pool ourselves. Couldn't be happier with the weekly maintenance that is provided, communication is great, and our technician, Ray, is very tolerant of our random questions about the pool.

In addition, we inquired about having our pool heater replaced, and went from a sad, rusting, dead heat pump to a new one in 6 days from inquiry to installed. During a time when product can be difficult to acquire, and at a great price as well. Highly recommend!

My pool was a mess when Tia got to it. It was swamp green and just nasty. Tia was able to get it blue within a few days and then it turned green again! I was thinking to myself this isn't right?!?! Tia came to the rescue again! She diagnosed the problem and got my hooked up with what I needed to make my pool beautiful again. She not only dedicated lots of time for my pool, but was super responsive in letting me know what was going on each step of the way! Needed a new pump and salt system. Tia from Marshall's Pool Services did an excellent job at what I felt was a fair price. So happy to be done with expensive chlorine. Definitely recommend!

I'm a first time pool owner and on top of my pool looking like an unswimmable mess I had no idea what to do with maintaining it. I called Marshall Pool Services. The Owner Tia came out personally and did a quote and thorough explanation of what needed to be done. She did a recovery on my pool and got it clean and clear again. There is so much to say about Marshall pools but really there are no words. You get treated like family immediately. Tia gets things done and she is so quick to respond any time of day to answer any questions or concerns. We have a weekly schedule appt with David who is a gem. He is attentive and thorough. We just had a pool heater installed which I called to see if it could be done on a Sunday (3/28) and the unit was ordered and installed by Friday (4/2). She was told the unit would be delivered on Wednesday- it never came but she was in constant communication with me, then she was told it would be delivered Thursday and it was on a truck. Tia continued to check in with me to see if it had been delivered but it was not so SHE went and picked it up herself and delivered it herself for the installation to happen on time as promised. The tech which I missed getting his name was so quick and explained everything to me so that I understood my new unit. I’m so grateful for you all and I couldn’t be happier being a part of the Marshall Pool family!! Customer for LIFE!! HIGHLY Recommend using this company! I wouldn’t throw my name behind something that was great!!

Tia provides consistent, timely service and is professional and enjoyable. We've used Marshall Pool Services for a year and a half and recommended them to several people. They are fairly priced and we enjoy a pool that is clean while others lug chemicals, battle green water, and miss out on all the reasons they have a pool in the first place!

Marshall Pool Services is fantastic! We had someone else maintaining our pool for a while and we were not happy with them. Thank goodness we found Tia! She is extremely thorough and professional. About a month ago the motor on our pool pump went bad. We texted Tia what the problem was, she called us back within 15 minutes and knew exactly what the problem was, and had someone out there the next day to fix it!
