I was doubtful, my carpets were so dirty and had such bad stains. The owner of F5, came and cleaned my carpets and all I can say is WOW!!! They look practically brand new, minus the daily wear and tear on them. I would and will “ Highly” recommend this company to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned. Also as if I wasn’t happy enough with my carpets, I was charged a very reasonable amount for the job. No gouging with them. The company came all the way from Brandon to St Cloud. Thanks, for making me a very happy client.

I had a very pleasant experience working with Tony and his crew. They worked around a few unforeseen events and were very thorough with making my carpet look brand new again. I'm very picky with who I choose to work with and I would definitely recommend F5 Carpet Cleaning.

I’ve never seen anyone scrub the carpet with a buffer first but it did a fantastic job. The owner was wonderful to work with, very polite and conscientious. He said he’s been doing this for 26 years and it shows in the quality of his work. Highly recommend them!

Had them out for the first time today & was very pleased with the work they did. The carpets look, feel, and smell GREAT! We also had 2 lrg area rugs cleaned for a very reasonable price! Would highly recommend their services!

This company is THE BEST for carpet and upholstery cleaning! Do not use anyone else. I have tried other companies and come up short, even with Chem-Dry, they just domt clean as well.
Tony (the owner) walked me through the house and educated me on what was happening in the carpet. I have cats and dogs and again, this was THE BEST choice. Tony cleaned all the rooms with carpet, the couch and 3 chairs. He even cleaned my entry rug and it made it look like new!

I would not recommend this company for cleaning, my floors and furniture are still dirty! As I sit and write this I overlook my carpeting and get angry because I spent $243 and it still looks horrible. He tried to fit us in as there was a scheduling conflict on line and he did not receive our scheduled date we picked to complete the job. I had Tony do both carpeting, furniture and
walk-in closet. Walk in closet was never touched, he did state the carpeting in the Bedroom was worn ,which I totally understand, the bedroom is not the problem . The living room ,Walk in closet and furniture is what I have a complaint over. He did call 1/2 hour before he arrived, spoke to my wife. I was concerned about darkness coming, I left him a voicemail back to return my call to see if he wanted to reschedule because of the darkness. He came to my home anyway at 7 PM and I asked him if he had supplemental lighting because I had the rooms empty except for the furniture that was to be cleaned and there was no lights . It became dark in the home and he put a small headlamp on his head and ran through the living room very fast. I feel that due to the darkness In the room and the lateness of the day my carpets and furniture were not quality cleaned! The next day you could definitely see he did not wash all the carpeting in the living room, hence stains were still in the carpeting that I was able to remove easily with a brush and carpet cleaner. The next day his company automatically sent us an invoice along with a questionnaire , I stated my concerns .the e-mail stated please allow us to get back with you for any issues or concerns . The answer I received back was ( we’ll do better next time!) There was no phone call back to me to discuss the issues.

20 STARS! They were absolutely flawless .The staff was so very sweet and respectful. We had a lot of furniture in the way and they were so patient with us as we moved it. They were very punctual and fast, they did 5 rooms in less than 20 minutes. Our 14 year old carpet looks brand new and smells very good. They were professional, friendly and communcated very well. Would highly recommend them!!

I definitely give F5 Carpet Cleaning a 5 star rating! I called them with a last minute rush request that needed their services the next day. They gladly accepted my request! Because it was a last minute request they gave us a window of 7 hrs, however, they came within the first hour of that window with exceptional customer service! Not only that, but due to the circumstances of my move, I did not have power in the home I needed the carpets so they went ahead and hooked up their machines to their truck without any complaints! I will definitely be referring them out and recommend to anyone needing carpet cleaning services! The prices are right and their service is even better! Thank you so much F5!!!

Tony and his assistant were excellent! Very friendly and did a super job on our carpet and upholstery. It smells amazing in here! I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

First time using this company and I was blown away. I was met with a polite voice over the phone for scheduling and then the two gentlemen that cleaned the carpet were efficient and very professional and even mentioned a special that I might be interested in. They had called me twice to give me updates about when they would be at the house. Also the carpets haven’t looked better and the cleaner smelled so good! It was also fast drying just like they said. I had pet stains and curious to see how it wears over the next few months. I was really impressed with the service. Thank you F5.

They did a great job cleaning multiple couches and chairs. I appreciated that he was up front about what to expect with one chair that had a heavy fabric that is hard to clean. Would definitely recommend based on ease of use, communication, and overall value.

Very professional and arrived on time. They did an amazing job cleaning the carpets in our office. Edit 2022: I called F5 for another cleaning and I was absolutely amazed that they remembered me! A company that size that takes the time to remember their clients is a winning formula! As usual, the arrived on time, was very courteous and considerate to my property, and did an incredible job! Thank you again!

Honest business. Put in a service call and the technician did an evaluation of my carpet, and said that it would be best to buy another carpet in my case, and not to pay for the cleaning service. F5 was willing to decline my business in order to give me the correct info.
I will definitely call them in the future if I need them again.

DONT DO IT! I had my carpets cleaned on 01/29/25. After he left the carpet smelled bad and the next day looked dirty again and still smelled bad. I couldnt take the smell so I broke out my little carpet cleaner and pulled out black from the carpet. Very poor job. Waste of money.

10/10 recommend if your looking to get your carpets cleaned! they did an amazing job, my carpets look brand new! HUGE difference after getting them cleaned! each and every stained i had are completely gone! will definitely come to them again! :)

All I can say is before the carpet was cleaned I had kind of already written it off. Meaning the people that I had running from me previously pretty much destroyed my carpet. After that cleaned yesterday by Tony I have got to honestly say that I am very impressed. Every stain is off of this carpet. I'll be getting new flooring in about a year but I can tell you I wish I would have known about Tony a long time ago. Fantastic work! I cannot complain about anything! And the price was extremely good. There's no way I could go to any other place and have the same work done and pay what I paid. Thank you and your helper for a terrific job. Jeffrey Connell

I called this company and not only did he give me a fair rate, he went out of his way to come to our house the same day. We were very satisfied with his service; he did a quick and thorough job. We have 4 cats and a dog so it was no simple task! Thank you F5!

Hired F5 to remove a recent coffee stain and do overall carpet cleaning.
Did a hasty job - several missed spots of soap residue remained and the coffee stain is still there.
Called to try and resolve the issue, left message - no one called me back.
When finally reached them, the argument was that they can't dial my area code. Called again on Monday (as agreed) no one answers and no one calls me back.
No way for me to even ask for my money back.
