Marshall Pool Service is awesome! Tia is very friendly / totally professional. She consistently keeps our pool in tip top shape. As a new homeowner, I feel that she has the our pool maintenance completely under control. I would highly recommend her.

From Green to Clean is what the website says and my pool was really GREEN but Tia was able to turn it around at a reasonable cost. She also installed a salt system for us. Tia put us on her schedule and she comes once a week to service the pool. Our pool looks great now!! It is so nice to be able to use the pool. Tia is very knowledgeable about pool systems and she is great to work with. I would highly recommend Tia and Marshall Pool Service. Ask about the salt system...you will be amazed at the difference it will make if you let them install one for you.

I use Tia and her crew at Marshall pool services for the weekly upkeep of my pool year round and I could not be happier! They are prompt and consistent and keep my pool looking beautiful and safe for my family. Tia is personable and friendly, making friends with the entire family as she works and has become someone to look forward to seeing each week! We have felt confident in asking her for help with our old valves on our pump that needed replacing and she was quick to respond and fix our problem with top class workmanship. We’ve had a hell of a time keeping our pool looking good. We’ve tried all the chains. We’ve been with them for over six months, and Marshall Pool Services is the only company that has legit kept our pool spotless. I cannot recommend them more. They are fantastic.

Had never owned a pool before moving to Florida 3 years ago. Didn't have a clue how to take care of it. Researched several pool services and selected Marshall Pool Services. Tia has been our one and only pool service provider for 3 years now. She does a great job maintaining the chemicals, equipment, and cleaning. The pool always looks great! I have to tell you this company is second to none. They had my pool in top shape in no time. They come and service every week and I don’t even know they are there, besides my pool is crystal clear. These dudes are AMAZING! This is the second time I used them, and my windows are sparkling clean. They cleaned my lanai screen enclosure as well. Need a pro, call Dude Bro!!!

He showed up half hour late with two people instead of the three he advised would be here the day before. Somehow, I was under the impression he was cleaning the inside and outside of the windows, tracks, etc., but learned the day he arrived that wasn't the case. A significant miscommunication in my opinion.

Their attention to detail was not good as I pointed out numerous places where they missed very obvious dirt and grass clippings. I even had to go back to the places I showed them they missed that their attempts to clean those missed places were not adequate. Many of those missed areas I ended up cleaning myself. He also didn't close my fence doors to my pool area or replace the coiled hoses I had next to the hose bibs he used. He just used my coiled hoses and left them in a pile.

I didn't search this company out, but agreed to have them do their work as he was going door to door in our neighborhood that has signs of no soliciting. I like to give new companies a chance, but the effort and communication from this company is lacking.

These 3 guys did an amazing job at my home today. They cleaned the inside, outside & screens. What a great crew!

Don't let the company name fool you, these guys are serious about cleaning windows! All the pollen and other crud is history and my windows look great. They even cleaned the grimey window tracks. Thank you Dude Bros!

Professional and on time. What a treasure to find this company and meet Christian. He and his staff made our windows look new and offered to repair five screens that sand hill cranes had destroyed! Wonderful to sit and watch these men make our screens look brand new as well. They also clean gutters! We highly promote Dude Bros. Window Cleaning and hope you give them a chance as well. Interrupted a business meeting today with loud, insistent knocking, followed by ringing the doorbell. The salesperson even rode a hoverboard up to my front door—beyond being unprofessional, that’s a liability for me if they get hurt. From what I understand, Florida requires a permit for door-to-door sales that involve knocking or ringing. I wonder if they actually have one.

We scheduled Christian for a gutter cleaning on very short notice, thinking he wouldn’t be able to make it work. Not only did he find some time to work us into their schedule with little notice, he did an excellent job clearing out all our gutters before a storm. The service was on time, easy to schedule, and high quality. I’ll gladly call them again for any other help we need around the house, and I can fully recommend their work to others. Thank you Christian!
