Contacted them to clean my carpet and do some minor repairs on it. Ended up getting my tiles cleaned, carpet steam cleaned and having my carpet repaired with transitions strips. They did an ok good job with the cleaning and with the transition strips. After the cleaning I noticed the bottom of my appliances had stains on them. We tried to remove them but they appear to be permanent. Some of the chemicals they used when cleaning must have splashed up they didn’t wipe it off after. I’ve reached out 3 times asking them to fix the issue and their ignoring me now. I wouldn’t recommend this company they don’t stand behind their work. My appliances purchased two years ago are ruined and it’s a huge eye sore. The worse part is they won’t contact me back to help resolve. See pics I’ve uploaded.
