We've had TCA as our housecleaning service provider for years at this point and I couldn't be happier. I really appreciate that we mostly get the exact same cleaners who know our house and our needs, and Adriana & Damaris of Team #33 have been fantastic for the entire time we've been working with TCA. I also appreciate the mobile app - it's simple, but it lets me reschedule a cleaning appointment with minimal fuss and it's a nice perk that other services don't offer. I hope to be a customer for years to come.

I can't say enough good things about the team (Team 26, Ada, Marivel) that does our regular cleaning. First, they are dependable. I can always plan my cleaning day knowing that the team will be here at a regular time. Next, they are thorough. They go the extra mile to clean places that are often unnoticed. The end result is a very clean home. Lastly, they take pride in their work. If they have a question, they'll ask rather than assume an answer. If there's a problem, they confront it. I take comfort in having people who are bonded and insured doing the cleaning.

While am at it, The Cleaning Authority cellphone app is great and enables me to manage our cleanings when we go on vacation.

I've been with The Cleaning Authority for more than 10 years. If the team didn't do a good job and was not reliable, I wouldn't have kept the service. Anyone who gets this team is very fortunate. If I could give The Cleaning Authority and Team 26 more stars, I would.

I have been using The Cleaning Authority - Brandon since the beginning of 2018, and I couldn’t be happier with their service ~ especially Team #33, Adriana and Damaris. They are truly the best in the area!

There have been a few occasions when I had to reschedule and they weren’t available, and I can honestly say other teams just don’t compare to Team #33. Adriana and Damaris are always respectful, professional, and deliver high-quality work. They consistently do exactly what they’re supposed to ~ and they do it well.

On the occasions I’ve had a concern, either I mention it directly to them or their manager, Yaritza, communicates it to them. Every single time, they’ve listened and improved immediately. That level of responsiveness and accountability means a lot.

I highly recommend the Brandon location and especially Team #33 to anyone who wants to get their time back and spend it on something better than cleaning. Absolutely worth it!

First of all scheduling was so easy. I can be picky when it comes to cleaning and they were superb! They did everything I asked and then some. Pura completely exceeded my expectations. I’m definitely going to use them regularly and highly recommend them as well!

Update January 2024 - Didn’t show up for my first appointment of the year. The owner offered me a free cleaning to make up for it, then promptly disappeared and stopped responding to my calls/texts when attempting to schedule said cleaning. They seem to have had some turnover recently. I cannot recommend this company due to their poor communication and lack of professionalism.

Shawna and Holly came to my house and gave it a really great cleaning. I love the use of non toxic products and my house has never smelled so good after the cleaning!

Pura Home Cleaning provided very professional, affordable, and thorough cleaning services. Jessica, Jennifer, and Cynthia made the process of quoting, coordinating, and invoicing very easy and our Tampa home still smells amazing!

We started using Pura monthly for our home, and I wish they could clean every day! It’s always the same team that shows up, and when they leave, it doesn’t smell like chemicals. Also, their customer service is really friendly and responsive. I like that they text before they come and follow up after they leave. I’d highly recommend this service!

We’ve loved using Pura for our twice monthly cleaning. The girls are kind and do a thorough cleaning job every time, and I love that all of their cleaners are eco-friendly and safe for my animals and grandchildren to be around. I also love the homemade air freshener they leave me with every time, so I can keep that fresh scent in-between cleanings!

I seleted Pura for a move-in clean of our new home. Due to health issues I am trying to minimize chemical exposure. I was thrilled to find a company that was eco friendly and non toxic.
