We just had the pleasure of having our home deep cleaned by Holly and Shawna. These two lovely ladies were professional, pleasant to speak with, and cheerfully responsive to our requests. Great job ladies!

Pura is wonderful!! I can always count on a job well done, the cleaners are really professional, and I love that they use non-toxic cleaners — my house smells and feels fresh when they leave. You can tell that the cleaners like their jobs, and I like that they’re paid 2x more than minimum wage so my money actually goes to the cleaner and not most of it to overhead. We’ve been really impressed and plan to keep using them for a long time!

I had used a corporate cleaning company for a few months before and they did okay. Pura goes above and beyond! Holly and Lynsey are fantastic go getters and use common sense cleaning that the corporate just wouldn’t touch, which I really needed help with. I will be using them for twice a month cleaning. The non toxic was the clincher for me as I’m sensitive to everything! They were even willing to work with me if I had to provide my own products, but I think I did pretty good with theirs. Their homemade scent is delicious and I can tolerate in gentle amounts. My husband is an auto detailer and hard to get his attention and he was thoroughly impressed. Left us motivated to keep nice n tidy in between cleans a little more. We are so pleased.

I was looking for a reputable cleaning company. I was a little nervous due to reading reviews of other companies not showing up or other horror stories. I went to Angie's List and was contacted by Pura. I am glad they did. All communication was done through text messages, which was perfect for me. I would rather text than talk over the phone anyway. Cyndi and Jennifer were the two ladies who came to my house; not only were they on time, but they were also very efficient and super nice and walked me through the process. I have a two-story house, and they did a deep clean, which was very affordable. They left a thank you note and a nice-smelling homemade room spray. I do not need a cleaning service a lot because I'm pretty much a clean person anyway, but I will be using them possibly every six months to have that extra sparkle. Thank you Again, Pura !!

I can't say enough good things about Pura! We initially contacted Pura for move-in/move-out services and were so happy we decided to move forward with bi-monthly cleanings. Cindy, Holly and Jennifer have been cleaning our home now for a few months and they are super attentive to detail, thorough, and delightful to have in our home (bonus, they love animals :) It's great to have a service with consistency as that was something I've struggled to find. The owner is very communicative and their pricing is very fair. So happy to have found them!

So happy we found Pura home cleaning. We initially hired them to do a move in clean for the home that we had just purchased but were so please with the service that we continued monthly cleanings. We have pets and just welcomed our first baby, so the fact that the products that they use are non toxic was a huge plus for us. Holly and Jennifer have been cleaning our home since the first move in clean and do a fabulous job each time. They have great attention to detail and I feel good about leaving them to do the job while I go out and run errands. They are so sweet and I feel like our home and belongings are in good hands with them. We would 100% recommend.

I had an appointment scheduled for more than two weeks. two days before the appt, I confirmed the services were still needed. When the day came, no one showed up. I tried calling, emailing and texting. I never received response as to why no one came. Very disappointed.

Melissa did a fantastic job on my house. Having babies left my house very neglected but everything looks so beautiful and clean now. Cannot recommend her enough.

We needed a full “move in” clean before moving into our new home & are so glad we called Annie at Simply Spotless of SWFL LLC. Our timing had to be specific, so she worked with us & went out of her way to be here when we needed her to be (even though I had to keep pushing back the time).
Annie’s communication was excellent & we kept in touch the whole day for updates on when our moving truck would arrive. She arrived with a smile & ready to get to get to work. She stayed as long as needed to get the job fully completed perfectly. She then had me go through everything she did to make sure all was satisfactory for us.
I believe she usually has a team that she works with, but ended up working alone on my job due to my changing the time on her. No problem at all, as she did an excellent job & was so professional & kind. I would highly recommend her services.
