We have used the Cleaning Authority for years. They are reliable and consistently do an outstanding job. Team #5 - Stephanie and Marisol - are a great team! They spent a lot of time making sure the house was cleaned thoroughly.

Both my husband and I work full-time jobs from home and life is too short to clean your own home!! I don't have to play superwoman anymore! Thanks to my team #32 comprised of Liz and Nubia my house gets a great cleaning every time! They come and do the stuff that NEEDS to be done and all I have to do is keep things up in between their visits. I trust them, they respect the fact that we are working from home when they are here and that was extremely difficult to find. The Cleaning Authority especially Team #29 does an exceptional job cleaning our house. I have been a customer for over 4 years and for those past fours years I have had the same team provide amazing cleaning and service. Martha and Johana are spectacular because once you give them instructions they get the job done and don't need repeat directions. I would recommend them to anyone. Team #36 (Jeysa and Clariann) are awesome! They always do a great job at cleaning and are very personable! Our house always looks amazing and smells so good! They are 5 star every time they come to our house! Our family is very appreciative!!

Niviam, Maria and Dailen have been awesome! They are thorough, respectful and very pleasant. They are my regular crew and I am very happy with them. My gratefulness and thanks go out to them. I also like that the company has a supervisor that comes periodically to check on how they're doing and that they have a rotation system whereby they do deeper cleaning in each area of my home. I have been a customer of the cleaning authority for a couple months now and my only regret was not signing up sooner.

The initial process was extremely easy and reassuring (they insure themselves for all eventualities). I had my web account and auto-payments set up the same day I decided to go with them.

My house is now cleaned by Socorro and Vanessa and my house looks immaculate after every visit, despite two dogs shedding all over the place. They are amazing and extremely detail oriented.

After moving and trying multiple private parties and a couple companies to clean my house I was not happy with the work. I contacted cleaning authority, they sent out Ada and Gladys (Team 26) and I could NOT be happier! These ladies are so sweet and so thorough! My house is spotless every time the come! We have been using the Cleaning Authority for over a year now. They have done both move in and move out cleans and a normal routine bi-weekly clean. They have always done an outstanding job. Isabel, Daisy and Mimi (there have been a couple of others, whose names I am not sure of) have left my house looking amazing and taking the burden...especially the deep cleaning portion off of me. I highly recommend them.

We've been using The Cleaning Authority since 1913. We've always been impressed with the cleaning services we've received. Services are reasonably priced and consistent. One of our current cleaners, Ada of Team 26, has been particularly good. She is always punctual and conscientious about the quality of her work. She pays attention to detail and exceeds expectations. She is pleasant, reliable, and responsive.

Yesterday we had team 33 come out to clean our home for the first time! All we can say is wow! They did a superb job. The ladies were very thorough and very professional. We are looking forward to their next visit. Highly recommended - Jennifer B.

I have been a customer for over 7 years and I am very satisfied. Team 4 is the best! They use cleaning products that don't have harsh smells. The cleaning rotation the company uses is thorough and it takes care of the major and minor things so seasonal cleaning isn't as big of a job as it was in the past. My home is clean, fresh, and dust-free. I'm a medical mom/caregiver to my medically special needs child. I don't have the time or energy for house chores like I used to before my child was born. TCA is also bonded and insured. Staff follow strict training which means rarely is anything missed. On the rare occasion I have had an issue, one quick phone call and everything was worked out. I sacrificed eating out a few nights to fit them into my budget and it has been a worthy investment and a wise choice.

We highly recommend The Cleaning Authority as their professionalism and quality are top notch. We want to especially recognize Tania & Barbara from Team 3 as they are always so polite and meticulous with their cleaning and organizing. My wife and I both work from home, so our work areas tend to get messy throughout the month. Team 3 always makes our home look and feel fresh.

The group #36 has been with us for a year. They are absolutely wonderful. My whole family loves seeing them. They clean exceptionally well. Better than any service we’ve ever had. For years my husband was very reluctant to hire a cleaning company. However, in November 2018 he decided to give The Cleaning Authority a try. My concern was would they clean consistently and would they clean my tile floors as I wanted. It’s been over a year and we still are using them. My husband and I are very pleased with the service. We’ve had Leslie and Diana (Team 37) consistently and they do an outstanding job. We appreciate all their hard work. You cannot go wrong with this company.

Team 8, Von Marie, Angelica and Luz provide excellent service. They are very thorough and treat my home as if it were theirs. Bathrooms are cleaned and floors moped clean. they are personable and I like working with Von as she keeps her girls focused and double checks their work.

This is the 3rd time they've came & it looks so clean they go way & beyond. If your looking for a cleaning service they got the best rates around & have checklist.
