I have a leak underneath my concrete floor. They came out and explained that it’s going to continue to happen due the the corroded copper pipes. They suggested we repipe all the water lines through the attic so it never happens again. They gave a great price and we will be moving forward with the work next week

The gentleman that came to my residence were very professional. They worked fast and were very thorough. They asked Alot of questions and kept us informed with every step they were taking. 3 other plumbing companies came with no resolution and high low came through and rectified the situation.
We are so very grateful for their services.

Dennis was a life saver on Sunday(Superbowl Sunday).He was very professional and ensure that the work was done and done correctly before leaving my home. You can tell that he takes pride in his company and work. If I were to have another plumbing issues I know who to call. I would recommend him to friends and family. Also have great prices for his service.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! We had a plumbing emergency over the weekend and needed an emergency plumber right away. Within 45 minutes someone did show up. I will give them that, But that is all that they did. This guy showed up and said that this can not be repaired and he will come and do it Monday. Today is Monday and the guy called this morning and said that he wouldn't be able to make it. So I said, "well then have your boss send someone else" Here's where it gets a bit squirrely. Apparently this guy doesn't work for the company that I called. So, I called the company and told the guy what was going on and he said " Let me see if I have a guy available" Then he said " The guy that came there has different prices than I do" Then he said " You may need to call a "different/ bigger company" As a consumer...all I did was call a number that was on google to just get a runaround like this. I'm out $125 bucks and no-one has come by to fix anything. Then my wife reminded me that the last time we needed a plumber we called Alvarez. I called them at 9am this morning. They had someone here by 10:30 and our issue was fixed by 1pm and the price was cheaper than what these other people quoted me and didn't show up to do. If you want a quality company that has showed up every time with decent prices DO NOT call these guys. CALL ALVAREZ!

I had an issue with my water heater in the house I'm selling and received 2 quotes to replace the water heater. (Installation only) The first one $1,600, the second was $1,200 and then I find High Low Plumbing $700. I'm not the cheapest guy, but those prices are crazy. I'm also living in another state right now, which made this a harder problem to manage. Mike and the office were able to talk with me and did everything I needed plus everyone I came in contact with, were great. Thanks again guys and I hands down recommend High Low Plumbing..

High low was sent to my house to replace a simple angle stop that was leaking and to hook existing plumbing back. They showed up. Hooked up the existing plumbing but never replaced the leaking stop.
When I called I spoke to a woman who was very rude and not much help. She told me she would get the owner on the phone. I spoke to him and asked him why it wasn’t replaced. His response was “uhhh is it leaking now”
I asked if his field guy knew how to change a stop or if that was the issue. He promptly hung up.

Came home to a bathroom covered in mud tracks and the vanity was left disgusting and still leaking.

Called this company. It was the same day service with excellent pricing. The owner actually showed up and was very knowledgeable. I will be using them again on all my properties. Why wait in the back of the line when you could have A1 service with High Low plumbing!

I’m not sure if this plumbing company is even a licensed company, it took 4 plumbers and 3 weeks for them to even diagnose what the issue was to begin with. Also I couldn’t do work as bad as them even if I tried. They destroyed more stuff than they fixed, left my house an absolute mess and destroyed the foundation to my house with absolute no permits pulled. They managed to destroy my whole irrigation system as well. I did not choose to use this company they were hired by my residential company. I would not force my worse enemy to use this company. I don’t know how the state has yet to shut down this company.

Anthony was wonderful. He came out and checked everything necessary and took the time to figure out what was going on. We appreciated is effort and hard work.

Great experience with High Low Plumbing. We had an issue in a rental and I was lucky enough to come across these guys. Great energy and great customer service. I will have them on speed dial for the remainder of my time in Florida!

If I could give them zero stars.. I would !! Terrible customer service they work when they want and then don’t complete the job and lie for the invoice and say they did. There looking at plenty of lawsuits don’t waist your time with this company your just gonna piss your self off in the long run!!!!

Property management company sent them out. Half ass job. Will have dig the yard up and fix it myself so we don't have problems. Pvc clean out was broken above the are they fixed and said not there problem. So if a Property maintenance company sends them refuse this company.

Wanna take a few moments to truly give Anthony a shoutout from High-Low plumbing! As someone who works in the service industry and prides themselves on amazing customer service I can truly appreciate when another company provides it as well. It started with an hour call ahead before he arrived, he professionally greeted us and explained the process and roughly how long it would take. Given the fact our hot water tank sits almost 3 1/2 feet off the ground I offered to help lift the old one out and new one up but he remained a consummate professional and explained he would get it himself. His knowledge of the industry and personality is what separates him, most service - trade skilled employees aren’t personably but Anthony had a positive attitude the entire time and a sunny disposition! What a great experience and a great representation of your company and brand! Thank you again Anthony for everything and I highly recommend asking for him by name!

I had major leak in a basement pipe, I had reached out to Vector plumbing. I usually never leave a review, but the service and price, along with the quick response warranted this review. I then had a toilet leaking , day before Easter in which I host, and Vector plumbing handled it. They do AMAZING quality work and are extremely reasonable prices!
I have recommended to neighbors, and all that have used them, have thanked me. Definitely hard to find reliable plumbers who do great work, are reliable, and fairly priced
