I needed a natural gas connection for my portable generator. Travis came out and look at what I needed. He installed everything I needed to make it easy to hook up. Very impressed with his professional appearance and job. He will be my first call if I have any problems with plumbing and gas. If you need a hookup to natural gas for a portable generator I highly recommend him.

I called Travis because my water bill was extremely high and the town said I had a leak from the water meter outside to the house. I was losing 2 gallons an hour. By the time I called him, the leak had stopped. He tried all different things to see what the cause might have been. He even called me the next day to see if I had checked an app that I had and if I had checked the water meter again. I had done both and I still didn’t find any leak. I thought it was nice that he called to check.

I had a pipe leak in the cement under my house. Travis from Drainworks came out and cut out the cement, repaired my leak, and restored the cement. I am very pleased with the results of his plumbing repair. He showed me how it was leaking before he repaired it, and gave me the pipe that was damaged.He was punctual, and left the area clean when he left. I feel the repair was priced reasonably. I will contact Drainworks Plumbing and Gas again if I have a plumbing needs. April C

Travis fixed our plumbing issue quickly and professionally and both he and Noah respected our home - even putting covers over their shoes when stepping inside (small things mean a lot). Very happy with Travis and Drainworks. They were early. The issue was simple and I was charged a more than fair price. Travis explained my system as I had never seen one like mine. He showed me how to clear the system if future problems arose and told me what conditions would indicate a larger problem and would necessitate calling them again. I really cannot say enough good about them.

Problem: smell of gas from hw heater. Drainworks made an appt right away and sent Travis. Travis was a really great guy - good manners, easy to talk to. He also let me watch the process and taught me about the heater. Had to order parts, and when they came in, he squeezed us into his Friday PM schedule, so hot showers for the weekend. Travis provided the best service in replacing a leaky toilet and shower head. He answered all our questions and met and exceeded our expectations. He is very professional and the work was reasonably priced.

They not only unclogged my drain but showed me the clog using a camera mounted on their drain auger and coached me about how to avoid future clogs based on the less-than-perfect slope conditions in my drain. The tech was very nice and knowledgeable. He even cleaned the horrible mess that had been caused by the clogged drain. I'll never call anyone else for a clogged drain!

I had an issue with a leaking shower fixture so I called Drainworks. Travis came by the same day, stopped the leak and identified the parts needed for a permanent fix gave me an estimate and ordered the parts.
