Our water heater finally died and Tim and his crew were out same day to install a new one. They were reasonable and professional. Tim ran to the supply house minutes before they closed to grab the water heater and driver it to the installer. Tim made sure they job was done to our satisfaction and ensured everyone was ok at time of payment. He also spent additional time troubleshooting other things with me over the phone. I would highly recommend these guys!

Brandon Plumbing knows about great customer service. Truly a blessing to have incredible people to go above n beyond the call of duty. I called on a Saturday and spoke with Tim that my shower head needed repairs. He didn’t have any service techs available, so he went out of his way to come do the repairs himself. After a few hours of battling the problem, he finally fixed the plumbing. A tremendous effort on his part and I couldn’t thank him enough. I highly recommend Brandon Plumbing if u want the job done right n professionally.

I would like to thanks Tim and his plumber David for coming to me on December 30th at 7pm !! My water heater broke and I was going crazy knowing it was going to be hard to find someone to help me at that time and on that weekend. Called Tim trying to get a quote for the following week and deal with my situation for a few days, but I was surprised after I explained him that I have special needs people living with me and he contacted his plumber ,who agrees to come immediately to our rescue doing a fantastic ,professional and quick job. Brandon Plumbing did a great job. I called early in the AM about a broken pipe and spoke to Tim. He quickly took my information and said Mark would be calling me. Mark called me in little time to give me an idea of when he’d arrive and was onsite within an hour. Mark and Devon (assistant) were professional and personable. Mark explained what he would do and gave me a price prior to starting the job. They quickly completed the work fixing the broken pipe and left with the area cleaner than when they arrived. Great job and I highly recommend using Brandon Plumbing!

We called this place in an emergency at 10:30 pm. Tim answered and was very pleasant. Top quality customer service. He assessed the situation over the phone and text the plumber David immediately to see what time he could make it. We had to leave early that morning. David was there a little after 8 pm. Again, quality customer service from him. He was done in 30 min or less. I was so impressed I just looked shocked. I highly highly recommend using this company for any of your needs. I’d easily give them a 10 if it went that high!

I had a blockage that needed to be resolved the night before leaving on a family vacation. I reached Tim after hours and he dispatched Ernesto who solved my issue. Tim followed up afterwards to make sure I was happy with the service which I was! I will use them for all my future plumbing needs and highly recommend them. A lot of companies have forgotten what good customer service is but Brandon Plumbing still cares!!

What an awesome experience working with Tim, Mark and Devon! Water heater died, wife not happy, gotta get it fixed ... today! I called Brandon Plumbing and spoke with Tim (I support local businesses when possible). Tim was very professional and personable and through our conversation it was evident he truly cares about his customers! Not the same treatment as from “other” companies. Tim put me in touch with Mark and Devon who communicated with me several times throughout the day to zero in on a time they could get to the house. Their work was quick and professional while at the same time providing the local business/local people touch. All in all I am extremely delighted with the service, cost and the interactions with all of them. Great job and much appreciated!

I want to express my gratitude for Tim and his crew at Brandon Plumbing for their kindness, follow-up and professionalism. Even the day after Thanksgiving, we were added to their queue working late into the evening hours. Our disposal and plumbing leak in the kitchen were resolved quickly and fairly. Being remote working on defense contract for the holidays, they stepped in during my absence and completed the task on target and on time without any delay or failure. I had a pipe leaking under my kitchen sink. I called several plumbing companies and Tim from Brandon Plumbing called me right-of-way. I told Tim I needed the work done on that day because I had taken the day off from work. Tim took that under consideration and dispatched the technician to show up at my house before lunch time to assess the leak situation. Based on my conversation with Tim, his technician Jim was finishing up a job in Pinellas County and I would be the next customer. I must say, on that day we had very bad storms and Jim was running a little bit late. He called to let me know his estimated time of arrival.

Jim was very polite, friendly and professional. During his assessment, in addition to the leaking pipe, he noted a leaking water supply valve. He took the time to explain and make recommendation on what he needed to do to fix both leaks. Upon my approval of the work, he contacted his office and within a few minutes I received a call from Tim with the estimate and the warranty work explanation.

Jim did an excellent job; I am very happy with the result and Tim was very professional. I highly recommend this company; they are responsive, professional and affordable. More importantly, they provide quality work.

Tim amd Mark were amazing. I had a serious issue with my propane water heater that my gas company had to come out and close it until the issue was fixed. With no hot water, I was in a state of emergency to find someone ASAP. Another company I called would not fit me in until after the holidays but upon calling Brandon Plumbing, Tim was kind enough to fit me in Marks schedule within the hour. Mark did a spectacular job in changing my gas heater. They are kind human beings who were understanding and sympathetic to my situation and went above and beyond with their great customer service.

Tim and Mark did an excellent and timely job in providing service for my hot water heater issue. Tim was in constant communication throughout my service needs. Mark came out within an hour of my call to Tim requesting service. Mark immediately saw the problem and solved in less than 5 minutes. I will use them again and highly recommend them to all. Initially I spoke to Tim. He is extremely professional. He assessed my issue with a consultative conversation. I also provided pictures of the cracked pipe via text. He sent a repairman in less than an hour to my location. The repairman had the tools an parts to repair our pipe immediately. The pipe was repaired within an hour. Tim was also considerate when it came to price. He provided an accurate estimate for the repair. The actual cost came in slightly less than what I anticipated. Payment was east with many options based on your need. We paid via Venmo. I have never said it has been a pleasure to work with a Plumbing company. I am happy to share this is the first.

My water heater needed to be replaced on New Year’s Day, and Tim helped me get everything sorted asap. He was extremely nice and reassuring. David the plumber came out the next day and completed an excellent job! I am very happy with everything!

Amazing: This is the word that describes the men from Brandon Plumping. We had a leak under the kitchen sink and so I being new to the area I had no clue who call. After several calls and being told by other plumbing companies they wouldn't be able to get out here for several days, I was recommended Tim and his company; best recommendation I ever received. He had Jim out the next day and Jim's professionalism and kindness blew me away.

Knowing we had a leak my husband decided we would just get a new faucet and fix two of our issues at one time. Jim came in and immediately saw that our lines from the old faucet we're the issue and even though we only called them to fix a leak, he said he would put our new faucet in. I know that's not a big deal to most but as a mother of two young boys and a husband who is driving back and forth everyday from Naples helping with hurricane Irma issues, this was the best news ever! Jim got us all fixed up and Tim arrived to help finish the installment, giving me a chance to thank him for getting Jim out to us so quickly.

I have found our plumbers for life for our home and if you need plumbing issues solved I completely recommend Brandon Plumbing. Fast, friendly, and completely professional; thank you Tim and Jim and hope to hire you guys again soon.... but not too soon! 😀

Nearly criminal pricing.

My 65 year old mother called to have them come clear a plugged toilet. After arriving nearly two hours after she expected them, they told her they couldn’t do it without removing the toilet and it gave her a quote for over $900. She called me and I told her to send them on their way. They charged her a $200 service charge and made her feel ashamed for not going through with the job.

I called another plumber I’ve used before and they quoted $250, so I scheduled them.

When I called and spoke with Tim, he tried to explain to me how difficult of a job it would be to remove the toilet and clear the line. After questioning him, he admitted it would likely take under an hour. He then told me that he didn’t quote $970 that he actually quoted $790 or something of that nature. I don’t believe him over my mother and if you are willing to change your prices that quickly you know you’re being unethical anyways.

TIM, I’m a man of my word and I promised you a 1 star review. Stop ripping off senior citizens with your outlandish quotes.

My experience with Brandon Plumbing could not be more positive. What appeared to be a small leak in the garage near the water heater turned out to be a series of leaks within a wall caused by faulty pipes and poor repairs done by one of the previous owners. Just by Providence, (Googling and reading reviews), Tim at Brandon Plumbing was contacted. He was very responsive and sent us Mark and Devon. Dry wall had to be removed and Mark and Devon went to great lengths to show us the problems in the plumbing system. The problems were awful and extensive. After viewing the pipes, the multiple leaks, and poorly done previous repairs, we knew that the system was compromised and we opted to have Mark and Devon install new pipes throughout the house. As soon as the restoration folks finished the tear out and dry out, Mark and Devon went to work. They finished re-plumbing the house in two days all the while showing us any problems that we could not previously see behind sheet rock and explaining what they were doing and why. They were professional, openly sympathetic to our situation and they clearly knew what they were doing.Tim provided us with an estimate for the job prior to starting the work. The final bill was well within the estimated cost. Tim too, was a pleasure to work with and has a kind and compassionate way about him that is comforting as you entrust your home and your wallet to perfect strangers. They are a good people and they do excellent work. We are very grateful to the folks at Brandon Plumbing and are pleased to give them our highest recommendation.

Many thanks to Brandon Plumbing for helping us on short notice! We called long after other plumbing businesses had closed, yet our contact Tim provided the best and fastest customer service we've ever experienced. Our plumber David came by the next morning and cleared our sewer line clog within minutes. Overall a very professional and satisfying experience - will be returning in the future!
