We’ve had the same piping problems for awhile now and Scott Bowers was amazing. He explained a lot about what we should do to stop having these issues. He was super friendly and even cleaned upped after himself. We had a wonderful experience with him helping us fix our nasty situation. I highly recommend Roto Rooter for there extremely fast service and professional technicians.

The pipe to my outside hose spigot broke on a Saturday evening. I called Roto-Rooter and within 1 hour Joseph Blum was here and ready to work. Very professional and clean job done well. I will definitely be recommending their services and will be using them again when ever needed.

We had a clogged kitchen sink. Scott was very knowledgeable and professional with the service. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in about 30 min. He double check everything before he cleaned up the area and left.

Scott Bowers #1593 was our Roto Pro. Showed up quickly and got the problem fixed right away. He was professional and explained what was going on the entire time educating us along the way! No. More. Dude. Wipes. Lol I can not thank him enough!

This is the second time Scott responded to my call for a plumber. Both times I have been very happy with his work. He is fast and efficient but still takes time to explain what is problem, how he will fix it and informs me of other plumbing issues that I was unaware. I am quite happy with his work and I hope he will show up the next time a need a plumber.

I called Roto-Rooter to schedule same day service at 3 PM on a Saturday. Plumber Leonard was out within 90 minutes and completed a bathtub faucet stripped stem repair in about an hour. Repair was $499 and a tad on the high side but the quality service and quickness for this emergency repair more than made up for it. I would definitely use them again.
