I recently had some work done with them at my rental property as well as my personal property. Chris and Sean were very professional and friendly. They got the job done quickly and pricing was very reasonable. Will be using them for any plumbing I will need in the future. Highly recommend. 👍

Jon B from your company serviced our drain this past Tuesday, after coming out the preceding Friday for a look at the job and a discussion of our issue. Jon arrived on time, as scheduled, and worked diligently to resolve the issue, even when the issue seemed that it wasn't fully resolved. He went the extra mile, so to speak, to get to the bottom of the issue, and then resolved it, and let us test the resolution!

The price was more than fair, the work done was professional, he kept us informed, and was clear in his discussions with my husband (and me, who had LOTS of questions!) and was patient enough to answer them all.

He was here on time, finished the job in less than a day, and are very happy with the way it was done. Keeping us informed all along the way was crucial to our understanding of what was happening, and why, and how it was ultimately resolved.

I hope that Jon B gets recognition for this, as he very much deserves it.

Jon did a great job but prices are expensive for what was performed. Unclogging a drain, and replacing a ptrap. Regardless of the galvanized pipe, next time we’ll get quotes because $480 was expensive. $300 for an unclogging a drain and $180 for ptrap for less than an hour of service. Would’ve gladly paid $300 for the entire visit. Please learn from this review and shop around.

John with Complete Plumbing and Drain came out to my house today. He did an amazing job. John arrived within the time specified and diagnosed my two sink issues right away. He quoted me a fair price and got straight to work. It took 30 min from start to finish. This is my first time utilizing the services of a plumber. I am very pleased with the service I received from Complete Plumbing and Drain and will definitely use them again in the future.

Desmond installed my hot water heater professionally and gave me great tips on keeping care of it. Chris came by later to my home during a thunderstorm to follow-up with me. He was very personable and down to earth. Their price for the install was one of the most reasonable in the Tampa area after having made more than 30 phone calls to plumbers.

I recently had two toilets replaced, and after getting two quotes, I was shocked by how overpriced the first one was. Luckily, I found Complete Plumbing Services, and their quote was not only fair but also included two toilets with warranties for a reasonable market price. Austin, the plumber, was exceptional—he worked quickly and knew exactly what needed to be done as soon as he arrived. Mike was super polite and professional, walked me through all my options and kept me up to date on progress. He was able to fix the problem!! Prices were very reasonable. An excellent experience overall. One of two (out of six) companies that said they wouldn't have to remove drywall to re-plumb our kitchen sink/RO, one of the most affordable of the companies, and the plumber assigned to us, Natalie, was fantastic. I had a technician named Natalie come out today for my toilet that wasn't flushing and she explained everything and fixed the issue and she was very knowledgeable and easy to talk with and friendly so that was really cool.
