If you read my previous 5 Star review for Roto Rooter, well, we're back!!! Once again Raif took care of a difficult task by limiting the cost and any damage to my bath/shower unit! This was at a different property but I received the same 5 STAR service at a reasonable price!!!

Great experience and communication. I was surprised that the bill was close to $400 for a repair that took 30 minutes to an hour and no parts used. Seemed high but good service. 5 stars except price.

Joe did a great job. He was professional, early, polite and did a good job explaining everything. He went above and beyond to make sure my drain was cleared. Definitely a stand up guy, would recommend to neighbors and friends. A+!

I called and they came the next day. The technician Scott was polite, friendly and professional. Everything was completed quickly and clean up behind himself when he was done. I'll only call Roto-Rooter in the future.

Leonard just left with Roto Rooter and was amazing. I told him exactly what happened and he knew two options it could be. He then explained them and gave me a quote for each. I asked him to go ahead and he went to straight to work. Fixed it and we are good to go. Keep in mind that if I turn on water anywhere in the house, it came out the bathroom toilet on the first floor flooding my first floor. LEONARD IS AMAZONG, and ROTO ROOTER SERVED ME WELL.

Raif was incredibly professional and meticulous. We had an emergency hot water heater replacement and he made it a seamless process. He will definitely be our go to plumber from here on out!

Scheduling on line was easy. They kept me updated via text until Justin arrived. Justin did a great job, answered all out questions, explained the process. Slight confusion at the end we were told inspection would be done by photographers and no one would need to come to inspect but I was contacted via text that inspector would need to come to my home. Inspection process was easy and quick.

Scott was very respectful of our space. He answered all of our questions easily and swiftly. He explained all the steps he took to resolve the problem, showing the “grease” once he cleared the line. Scott cleaned up nicely; couldn’t tell he was even there. Top notch service!!

Very impressed with how quick my sewer issue was resolved. I booked an appointment and service was completed on the same day!! My service technician was Scott and he was professional and very friendly. He does a hard and very nasty job and I’m very thankful for his service and exceptional skills! Price was kinda steep, but happy with the coupon options that were available.

Waited 2 weeks for them to respond to my request. In that span I had 2 no shows, multiple rescheduled appointments and every excuse in the book. After the 2nd no show I called and made a formal complaint on 12/11, they told me the best they could do is send me their best plumber who is a $600 minimum whether he fixes it or not. The problem with that solution is that I needed a quote to get my main sewer line jetted not a $600 plumber to tell me the problem I already know I had. I had stated this multiple times over the course of 2 weeks, and every phone call is we will have someone there the next day and then I get a phone call the next day saying sorry it has to be the next day!

After no manager called me, Roto-Rooter decided to send me a technician on 12/12 to my house with no courtesy call and no call from the dispatch manager that suggested the $600 or the service manager. I turned him away. It’s absolutely insulting the “management” of this company ignored my request to speak to them and then send someone to my house as if they haven’t dropped the ball for 2 weeks. Who in their right mind would give you business at this point?

I called another company that came the same day, gave me a quote and I happily paid him for his services since he clearly wanted me business.

To wrap this all up, the manager Samuel Sturgill emailed me on Monday 12/15 to say he wanted to speak to me and mentioned I didn’t answer his phone call and he left me a message. Neither of those were true statements, another point of just how little accountability this company has towards their consumers.

I have been in the HVAC industry for 13 years and I would be absolutely embarrassed that this is the level of service you provide.

I had a clog in my drain line and despite my efforts I couldn't get it sorted. Called roto rooter and they were able to send a tech out within 2 hours. Scott showed up and had me sorted quickly. Great dude who knows his stuff. He worked his tail off and gave me advice on how to prevent the issue from occurring again. I highly recommend roto rooter and if you're lucky, Scott will be your tech.

Scott and Sammy cleaning my septic line and found a.cracked pipe and the tank lid for me. I am more than satisfied with their professional, work and integrity. Scott quoted me a price and stuck to it even after doing more work than quoted. They are military friendly and exceptional people to do business with. I highly recommend them.

Same day service was needed as we had 2 toilets backed up and they made it happen! Scott took great care of unclogging our main drain so the 2 toilets that were backing up into the tub and shower were again working properly. Vince came out and camera scoped our pipes to make sure no breaks or issues were present. Thanks for being so quick to respond and doing such a great job!

We were staying at my parents house while they were out of town and 2 of the 3 toilets wouldn't flush. My dad called this company and they sent someone out within 2 hours. Scott arrived earlier than estimated which was great! And was absolutely incredible and informative as to what was going on. He called in his cameraman, Sammy, and they found the cause of the problem and snaked all the lines. They had everything working in no time. Very professional and polite. We highly recommend Scott and his team!
