This will be my go-to while I reside here in Florida. Tim was so easy to work with and extremely kind and professional. With in-laws coming into town the next day and broken guest suite shower, Tim squeezed me in at the end of the day for no additional charge. David was the plumber who showed up in the evening after a long day of other jobs and was just as professional and pleasant as Tim. David quickly fixed the shower, all while being mindful of a sleeping baby a freshly cleaned upstairs rug. Great guys, great company.

Brandon Plumbing did a great job repairing my toilet. Tim was pleasant to speak with and professional to schedule the appointment while David did the repair in a professional and timely manner. I will definitely be using them again.

I called SEVERAL places this morning (the DAY before Christmas Eve) because we woke up to NO WATER PRESSURE. Almost everyone told us they couldn't help us until next week because of the holidays. Brandon Plumbing not only was able to help us get someone out but Tim told me he would do his best to get someone out ASAP. And he did NOT disappoint. He was able to get at plumber out to my home within the hour. Tim was great at keeping me up to date on when he would be at my home. The gentleman (David) that showed up not only was right on time, very professional but he was also able to educate me on the problem that we had and what could be done to fix it. Unfortunately with our situation it had to do with our well and the unit itself was underground. They were not able to help me resolve my issue. But the fact that their customer service was above and beyond what I expected and the plumber that came out was extremely polite, professional and informative is the reason I am writing this review. If in the future I know of anyone that needs a plumber, your company will be one of my top recommendations. Thanks for all your help!

I had a pipe burst under my kitchen sink when I was replacing a faucet. It was a Saturday, but Ernesto was able to come out right away to stop my kitchen from being flooded. He even helped me finish the faucet install. Tim, the owner, followed up with me after the work was done and both him and Ernesto were very professional and stand up guys. Will definitely use Brandon Plumbing again in the future and highly recommend them to others needing plumbing work done.

I called at 3:45PM hoping I could get someone out to replace my garbage disposal by the end of the week. Tim picked up the phone and let me know he could send David out there today. By 5:30PM - less than 2 hours after my call - David was already done. I am the landlord, and I really appreciated Tim's willingness to call my tenant to schedule - when I have had to schedule various contractors in the past, it has been a bit of a chore to try and juggle the availability of both the contractor and the tenant, but Tim made it so easy. My tenant also commented on how great David was. Price was very reasonable. Would absolutely hire again.

Brandon Plumbing delivered top-notch service. Same-day service, excellent communication with Manager Tim, and prompt, skillful work by plumber David. Their prices are fair. Tim at Brandon plumbing is the best. Went way out of his way to help me with my water heater. Bent over backwards to accommodate me. If you ever need a plumber, give Tim a call. I would rather support Tim and Brandon plumbing than those big name guys that never call back. Support the locals

Brandon Plumbing came recommended by a coworker and they did not disappoint! Came out sane day, assessed, diagnosed and fixed my issue. Received a follow up call after work was done just to be sure I was satisfied had any questions. A personal touch you rarely see these days. I will go to them for everything plumbing going forward!

Highly recommend!! The owner, Tim, was very nice and always making sure all our needs were taken care of! We had a gas leak in our water heater along with a couple other leaks and they got everything taken care of right away for us! They will definitely be our go to for any of our plumbing needs!

My main water line busted on a Friday afternoon. I called Brandon Plumbing and not only did they come out within an hour, but David had it replaced within 2 hours! He was super helpful, informative, professional, and gave me advice on removing the trees surrounding the line due to the roots going wild on it. Tim, the owner, kept me up to speed on everything over the phone, and is seriously one of the nicest people I have ever worked with in home repair! And he gave me advice on submitting my bill to the water company for a possible credit, as it had been leaking for a while (which explained the increase in my water bill over the summer). David is a true professional. He not only diagnosed and fixed the issue with the leaking water valve he made sure I was completely satisfied before he left. Installing my washing machine was not on the work order however he eagerly hooked up the machine and made sure it was working properly. Thank you so much for your exceptional customer service. Excellent customer service and professionalism. Best plumbing company I have dealt with. Better pricing and service than the larger companies. These guys have the knowledge and experience to quickly diagnose and address the issue. I plan on using them for all of our commercial building needs.

I am so grateful for this company. My name is Shea and I have been going through a rough time because I just had a baby and I had a huge leak at which plenty company’s came and it was not fixed correctly and my water bill was through the roof and my floors coming up. I also had no hot water and my water was running slow when it’s usually good pressure. Well I spoke to Tim & he was very nice and reassuring. Everyone from the leak detection to the plumber that came was very nice and went above and beyond. I now have hot water and everything is very well so far. Tim and Ernesto are the BEST!!💗💗 My daughter and family were having problems with their plumbing this past Saturday and she has 4 children. She wasn't able to get the landlord and was very upset. I'm from Stillwater PA and did a Google search for plumber's in her area (SATURDAY) later in the evening I called and spoke with Tim he was AMAZING and VERY responsive very polite. He called Ernesto after working major hours through out the week and that day. 🙏🙏💗💗 Ernesto went to my daughter's house and fixed everything for her he was very professional and took his time to check everything. He didn't rush through and say he couldn't do it or show up for 5 minutes and do God knows what (like some would) he did his Best and they are very HAPPY. Keep up the GREAT work guy's HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

A big thanks to Tim who facilitated getting our tub unclogged as well as installing a brand new water heater. His customer service is top notch and his installer David is extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Tim ensured we got a quality water heater and was able to get things done quickly. Tim was very responsive and follows through to make sure his customers are happy. Thank you so much!

Positives: Tim had a professional demeanor and the work completed looks to be good. Being out of state, Tim made me feel comfortable with work done on multiple picture text message.

Negatives: Company has high prices compared to competitors. Didn’t carry parts (had to make multiple trips to store). All calculations for fees was done on a calculator on a cellphone with a verbal amount given. Never provided receipts nor has a professional layout of fees or documentation to provide to customer for work completed or to be done. Still not 100% convinced my water heater was bad with the main problem being a leaking pipe.

I recently had a water leak in my garage, laundry room, and bathroom. I am in the military and out of the state so I had to rely on my girlfriend to take care of the issues. She found Brandon Plumbing online and decided to go with the company. We called during the weekend on a Sunday. We had a guy name Tim come to our house which I believe was the owner. Tim was professional and arrived a couple of hours after her phone call. Tim diagnosed the problem down to our water heater (with water leaking from the bottom of the heater) . Since we live next to Lowes Tim had my girlfriend/brother pick up a water heater from the store and agreed just to charge for the install. He Initially gave us a set price but once the water heater was installed and the work was down the job costed $200 more than the initial agreed upon installation price due to “fees and parts” he never listed. Once turning the water on to our house, he noticed we still had water leaking in the same areas and diagnosed the new problem from a patch in our wall and then boiled the issue down to a bad pipe that was once worked on before by my previous homeowner. It was around 7-8 at night so Tim instructed us to keep the water off and he will be at our house at 9AM the next morning to fix it.
The next morning my brother stayed home from work and waited until 1:30 Pm being instructed, “ a different plumber was coming but had to run a few errands first”. After the different plumber arrived (Stacy) he found the leaking pipe and instructed he had to run to the store to grab parts. Once he replaced a section of the copper pipe with PVC pipe he turned the water back on to my house and noticed the work he had just done was leaking. Stacy instructed us he had to run to a different job and then back to the store then back to our house. After being away for 1-2 hours he finally arrived with a gator bite Stainless steel tube and completed the job. After asking for the pricing Stacy stated Tim deals with the prices and will get back to us. The next day Tim arrived at my house and gave us a verbal price for the work of the damaged pipe. The initial price was extremely high he gave us for pipe patch work and asked him to explain where he got his total from. Tim explained various fees, taxes, hourly labor, and also a fee for an initial house call. I instructed him I would not pay the fee for the initial house call when this was a continuation of the work from yesterday.
After everything was said and done Tim verbally told us his work is warrantied and call him if any problems arise. Overall the company seems to do good work just has high prices compared to other local plumbers. If I was home and not out of town I would have shopped around for better pricing but I didn’t want to leave the stress of that on my girlfriend.

We had a clog in our sewer line Scott B. came over and fixed it right up. He was super helpful and knowledgeable and got the job done. We are super grateful and definitely recommend them.

Had to have my main pipes snaked. Scott Bower was the technician that came out. He explained what he was doing and did a fantastic job!! My drains are no longer plugged!! Thanks Scott!!

Scott was very polite and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing and his findings. Very much appreciate the courteous interaction when dealing with house hold issue.

My bathtub wouldn't drain, and the plumbing was non-standard, probably done by the people who lived here previously. Scott was able to clear the drain despite that, so now I can take showers again! I also bought some products to keep the drain running, and for the septic tank.

My tech Joseph was professional and personable. Explained what needed to be done and cost. Completed repair in a reasonable amount of time and during wait time for final completion, spent time to get to know about me, his new customer. Thanks.
