I scheduled an appointment with Roto-Rooter today and they came in right away. I had a great experience with Scott Bowers. He was explaining everything to me in detail and he definitely found the issue right away. :) I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and reliable plumber.

Went with Roto Rooter to deal with a clogged line. They were great at communication involving a time frame. Scott Bowers was the plumber and he is very personable and explained everything in detail. Explained the process and possible causes for the issue. Was able to get the line unclogged rather quickly. Determined the issue. He then had his camera guy Sammy Watkins come to look at the lines and find the clean out so that in the future it will be easier for us. Scott made sure to clean up the area and make it look better than it looked before his arrival. Will definitely use them again and ask for Scott for my next job.

I called a couple other places to get pricing, and when I called Roto- Rooter, they said their estimate is free. I said send him out. He was here within 20 minutes. Raif was so professional and polite. He spoke to us and we told him to get started. A couple hours later, everything was fixed and working better than before. Thank you so much Raif for coming and and fixing out plumbing issue. And thank you for being you! Professional, polite, very nice guy.

This company is wonderful!!! Desmond came out and had everything clear within 30 mins. He was knowledgeable about everything and was very efficient. And to top it off they are super affordable!! I called many plumbers for quotes and all of them were almost double what Complete Plumbing charged!

Great service! Highly recommend Complete Plumbing! I called on Monday morning and they came that afternoon! We started having an issue with our 8 year old gas fired tankless hot water heater. Intermittently it was not producing hot water and the water heater control panel displayed error code 11 and was beeping. Turning the breaker off and on to reset it did help but it was doing it more and more. Jon B. from Complete Plumbing and Drain LLC came and ran a complete set of diagnostics. He checked the gas pressure, cleaned the burner, checked the circuit board, and performed a flush. His diagnosis was the heater was fine but there was an issue with gas pressure coming to the house and suggested I call Teco Gas to replace the gas regulator. I called Teco Gas, they came the next day, replaced the gas regulator, and the pressure readings were back to normal! Jon B. was great! Very thorough and professional and he explained everything to me! Will definitely use Complete Plumbing in the future!!

If you need plumbing work done for a fair price and what you want, call Complete Plumbing. Chris has been fantastic to work with and will go over your project with you. I particularly worked with Complete Plumbing on a new(used) home purchase that needed some plumbing work done. We had some old pipes and such and went through those repairs great and now have no plumbing issues that I think I'll have to worry about for some time. Great piece of mind to get the job done right to not have to worry about it down the road.

Austin came out quickly and got the job done cheaper than the other companies quotes. Would use again!

I can’t express how amazing these guys are! They are reasonably priced and honest people with family’s. They’re not looking to break your bank account but are looking to make your home successfully safe. We had a water softener system installed and they made sure everything was up to their standards as plumbers but also quality of our preference/comfort. I will always refer and use them.

Complete Plumbing and Drain re plumbed my entire house. This was not a repipe. This was basically a new house plumbing install. They did a wonderful job. Highly recommend them to anyone.

We’ve used them twice. The first time was a clog and the second time was to replace our kitchen faucet. Jermaine and Desmond came. Both were nice guys and did a great job. Our time frame was 10-12, Desmond was running late, so the office lady called to let me know. I appreciated the communication. I would definitely recommend and will use for all future plumbing needs.

I had called 2 other plumbing companies who could not help me with clogged bathrooms. Desmond from Complete Plumbing came out on a Saturday. Found my clean out. Had to snake it from the rooftop. He kept after it until the clog was gone.
Great Service. Found my septic tank as well for me. I will definitely call them for any other plumbing needs I have. Their standards are wonderful, especially as critical as I am having been married to a plumber who had passed away recently.

After having some unfortunate experiences previously with other companies , the young lady who answered the phone was able to provide information from her techs before I even scheduled. She instantly put me at ease with her silliness to go the extra step for me. The technician was super friendly and very professional. He quickly found the leak and did not hesitate to go into the crawl space. He was able to make the repair quickly and was very affordable. I can’t thank you enough!!! You came highly recommended and I will share as well!!! Thank you!!

I have had the best experience using this company. I have used them 3 times within the last month. I first used them to unclog a toilet. While they were here, I asked Vidoll about needing to fix or replace my non functioning Jacuzzi tub. I had called many plumbers and contractors and I could not find anyone that wanted to tackle this project. He was able to quote me a price and put me on their schedule. When the tub was removed we encountered additional electrical issues that caused the tub to not function. They recommended a local electrician to perform that work for us as well.

In the interim, we had additional drain issues a few weeks later that we called Aubrie to send someone out to address. The drain clog was found with their camera and removed it within 20 minutes of arrival.

We revisited the tub project and Vidoll found the parts on line needed to bring our old tub back to life prior to reinstalling it.

He came back today and put everything together out in the yard and tested the motor and switch and checked the tub for leaks.

The tub is now fully functional and my wife could not be happier. Happy wife, happy life.

Vidoll, Aubrie and Shaun and the rest of the team have a vested interest in their customers at a reasonable price which is extremely rare these days.

We called these guys in when we felt like we were getting got by another plumbing company. They were straightforward, honest, and were able to come help us quickly. Jon was great, and we’re glad that we switched to complete for the service we needed!

I called on a Monday afternoon and they were at my house in less than 2 hours. Kevin and Jon were both great, they explained everything beforehand and were very professional and personable. On 2/7/24 I had an estimate for a drain repair in our garden tub by Jon B. From Complete Plumbing Of it was nearly $5,600.00 less than an estimate given by “ Cool Today”.
Tech Jon B. Also Previously in Jan 2024 installed our new 40 gal. Hot water heater tank for nearly $1,500.00. Less than and estimate again from “Cool Today”.
From Aubrey in the office to tech Sean and most importantly tech Jon B. The customer service and installation and repairs were OUTSTANDING!!!!!
