Have been using Travis for over 4 years. Always quick to respond and I fully trust him with my own home and rental property.

We had a gas line extended to the backyard for a pool heater and Travis did an amazing job! Very thorough and clear explaining the work we needed to have done and the options available. He also did a great job working with the pool company coordinating the gas line installation and the heater connection. Highly recommended!

Travis from Drainworks Plumbing & and Gas was amazing to work with. He was on-time, explained exactly what we needed to get done with our gas plumbing, and got us on the schedule right away. They were reasonably priced, but most of all, they were trustworthy and efficient. I had a gas plumbing issue. Travis came out and explained the issue and resolved it. He was also willing to answer any questions and offer hints to make things easier. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend.

Travis was awesome! He was very informative. Explained everything what he was going to do. Travis went beyond to stay with my sister and I while we got our insurance on the phone and tell them exactly where was the leak. We’ve had Drainworks twice and both times we have received the best service from them. If I can give them a 10 star I would.

We have used Drainworks several times for various plumbing issues. The work they do is great and the price is reasonable. I've had 2 major plumbing issues one was a water heater that had to be replaced and an outside leak which was due to cheap builder grade products when the house was built. Travis found that issue and redid the outside water connection with the right parts. I highly recommend Drainworks for all your plumbing needs!

Travis did an excellent job fixing my clog laundry and kitchen sink including my master bathroom sink which has a very slow drain
He was installing a new pipe underneath in my bathroom and work very well now. I'm very happy that I find him to help me with my drain problem, he was very thorough explaing what he will do and etc. He wasn't rushing just taking his time to do a good job. No complaints at all infact I will recommend his company to anyone with a plumbing problem

No water due to leaking pipe on a Friday evening. Tim got David out quickly and his repairs took under an hour. David is very professional, easy to talk to, and did a great job. Tim is also very professional.

When other plumbers said no, Brandon said yes. We had an emergency situation after another plumber had been out to “fix” the problem. Main drain pipe going to the sewer was blocked and the other plumber was told yet they ran their auger towards the house
Instead of the street. By the time we realized the other plumber had screwed up it was after hours, sewage was backing up our drains, and we had tried to get them back with no luck, Brandon was not only able to get someone out but within 30 minutes. Within a little over an hour o bus calling the problem was resolved! It was a expensive being after hours but worth it in my opinion.
Did I mention it took 4 days to get the other plumber out here to do the job? Called last minute and told us they would have to reschedule the first time, arrived without an auger (after telling them they would need one) the second, and the third time they did the job so wrong that it got worse. Like I said, Brandon was here in 30 minutes, knew what to do, and was done in a little over an hour after initial contact. Guess who is our first call from now on?

I had a small leak behind my kitchen sink pop up over the weekend. I called Brandon Plumbing to make an appointment. Everyone is suffering from Hurricane Irma including service companies trying to catch up on their routes so I was surprised when they said they could come out quickly. Tim with Brandon Plumbing was nothing but professional and handled our Plumbing issues with urgency and concern. They exceeded my expectations and came out on a Saturday night after 7:00 pm and resolved my Plumbing issues. Our technician Tim quickly diagnosed our problem and resolved our issue with expertise. We were truly blessed to find a great company like Brandon Plumbing to handle our Plumbing needs. I highly recommend Brandon Plumbing to anyone who is in need of a good plumber.

Professional, outstanding service! Original water heater went out and my wife called Brandon Plumbing. Tim came out to diagnose the problem at no charge. Look no further for a top notch plumbing company in the Tampa/Brandon area! I had an emergent situation develop over the weekend (pipe sprung a leak behind a wall) forcing me to shut off the water supply to my house. I called up Brandon Plumbing and Tim proceeded to impress me right off the bat. He took the time to actually listen to my issue and responded very thoughtfully and articulately. I immediately felt at ease after the conversation and knew he and his team knew their stuff. We agreed to them coming out the very next morning and he arrived with his technician Jim. Both were extremely professional, straight forward and as honest as it gets. They assessed the situation and offered a solution at a very reasonable price. At no point did they try to upsell me or pull some of the usual deceptive tricks I've seen with other plumbing companies. These are folks who truly care about their customers and will work with them in fixing a problem; they don't just show up, slap a quick fix on an issue and take your money. They took their time, did an outstanding job, then wouldn't leave until fully verifying the issue had been fixed. Both Tim and Jim were very friendly and by the time they left I actually felt like I had made a couple new friends as well as becoming my absolute go-to company for any future plumbing needs. That level of customer service is very hard to come by these days and I'm quite cognizant and wary of most of these types of services. So that says a lot and is a true testament to their excellence. They deserve more than the 5 star max this review allows! Hire them now! :)

Had a leak in my dishwasher and had to remove. Discovered the shut off valve was broking and had to turn off the water to the house. Called Brandon Plumbing and they were able get to my house is just a few hours.
Had them replace all the valves under the sink, 3 in total. Also had them replace a leaking hose bibb that had had a small leak. Grateful they were able to get my water back on same day I called them.

Total for the 3 values and hose bibb was $982.55.

I called Tim after hours for an clogged sewer main. David came out first thing the following morning, and unclogged the drain in less than 30 mins. Both were very helpful and responsive. Pricing was fair, and was discussed before David came out, to ensure there were no surprises.

I previously used Brandon Plumbing several years ago for a leak in my water main, and had a similar experience then as well.

We had a water heater leak into our garage at noon on a Friday. They were our house before 2 pm and had it repaired. They gave us a competitive price and David the plumber was fast, knowledgeable and polite. Great experience.

I recently had a water heater replaced by Brandon Plumbing, most of the cost for the water heater was covered through my warranty with A.O. Smith. Tim and the knowledgeable professionals at Brandon Plumbing assisted me with completing the step by step process of working with the local distributor to make sure my needs were met and gave a respectable quote for picking up the new water heater from the local distributor, installation, and discarding the old water heater. I did most of my business with Tim and he was always very polite and gave off an impression that he cared for the everyday person, as well as the quality of work and reputation of the business. Not all businesses treasure this aspects of running a business. I highly recommend Brandon Plumbing and will use them any future needs.

Service and workmanship was perfect. However, I’ve been asking for a simple receipt so I can get reimbursed for a month through texts and calls. I don’t understand the hold up. Either he overcharged and can’t put it down on a receipt, or it doesn’t pay to take the time to make one anymore. Never going to use Brandon Plumbing again, but if you do, make sure everything is to your liking and you agree to the terms before you pay (similar reviews). 5 stars down to 2. If that matters.

Tim and Ernesto were very responsive to our last minute accident with our shower pipes. Once we realized we couldn’t fix it we started making calls. The only one of 6 different people who actually took the time to make this repair happen was Tim. It was late last night and he was on the phone walking us through what had to be done. He told us exactly when Ernesto would arrive and he showed up on time. Ernesto knew exactly what had to be done and started working.

Thank you both. Your number is definitely saved on our phones for future mishaps.

Had my first experience last Saturday with Jim from Brandon Plumbing and it was great. The supervisor, Tim, was very accommodating and Jim, the technician, was helpful and skilled. He resolved the issue quickly and permanently. I will definitely use Brandon Plumbing again for any plumbing needs. Ken
