Company lacks communication and I have an active leak been waiting now 72 hours and no communication I contacted them and all they say oh I see you request we will call u back and no one calls will definitely not ever use this company again if you need things done go somewhere else horrible company

These guys are the best! After 3 other plumbers came out and couldn't get the job done 2 guys from "High Low" saved the day! I would highly recommend!!!

HighLow did a complete recipe on my new home and I was impressed with how quickly the job was done and that they also had Hillsborough county come and inspect it. Everyone I spoke with or that was here working was Super nice.

They did a great job doing some of my plumbing repairs in 2 of my bathrooms that had worn out over time. The price was great and they were very efficient with the time in doing the work.

They came over in an hour to help put on a shut off valve that I tried putting it but had leaking issues. Only needed sealant didn't try to say I need anything else. Only charged $152.

Call around to a few other place for a hot water heater to be Installed. They gave the best price and they came right away. Very friendly people and get the job done right away. Will use them again and recommend them to Family and Friends forsure!

We deal in high volume rental and retail properties and where every other plumbing company has fallen short, High Low came to the rescue. From large repipes to 24/7 emergency property management services, they do it all at a fair price and 5 star quality. High Low Plumbing is the only company I would trust with my personal home.

Couldn't find a simple leak but I paid for the service call while the plumber was there.
Several days later they left a message saying I hadn't paid and that I better pay immediately.
I called them and they realized their mistake.
I've asked 6 times for an invoice showing I paid since this is an investment property and the IRS requires proof of expenses.
They don't return calls and when I call them they keep saying they sent it but all I got was a detailed invoice for one of their customers on Driftwood Rd I'm on Island Breeze.

I rent with tricon american homes. Hi low supposedly sent their master plumber who looked at the toilet and didn't do anything, not even turn on the water to see the source of the leak and stated we needed a new toilet. No repairs were done and long story short, I was stuck with a bill of $175. Despite me taking pictures and showing what the problem actual was a plumber's word was taken over actual evidence. Use someone who you can trust and does a thorough inspection.

Not sure how they are still in business? Called and scheduled for 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM. No show; no contact. This is the ONLY business of any kind, asking "how are you going to pay for this?"
When they didn't show; no answer, tried to call them and it was voice mail is not set up.

Called for a kitchen faucet replacement, and the plumber Wes sold me a nice faucet and did a great job. Price was extremely reasonable compared to the 3 other plumbing company estimates I received. I would highly recommend High Low plumbing to anybody.

So I rent from tricon American homes , and this is the company that was sent out to my house to find and fix a leak that had flooded my dining room and into my kitchen and all the way out of the house onto the back porch. The first day they came out which was the day after the leak began because they had no workers available, they tested everything and said it was a fluke, an accident, basically they didn’t know what it was causing it. So I was told by them I could then turn all of the water back on and use my appliances as I usually would. Well that following morning it was all flooded again. So I once again cleaned gallons of water out of my dining room. Dennis came today and did not introduce himself, he just knocked and walked in. He was supposed to call prior and did not do this either. He just walked in and started working on it, accompanied by a woman who also didn’t say who she was. So they look at the sink and he decides he’ll go buy a clamp, he leaves. Upon return he just let himself back in without knocking. Absolutely unbelievable that a stranger let himself into my house especially as at this point I still didn’t even know his name. So I abruptly asked for his name and business name because that’s some terrible customer service right there. He literally laughed at me and just walked to the sink anyways. He proceeded to laugh and just say okay to everything I said even when multiple questions were asked. So he was asked to leave. And here I am on day three of a leak with no actual repairs but a single clamp put on something so let’s pray it works because he couldn’t be bothered to explain himself. Please go elsewhere if you liked to be talked to like a human.

This company is the real deal. I have nothing but high regards for High Low Plumbing. One of the things that they get right is that it really is about the customer. They value the customer relationship. They are not trying to get customers on a one and done job. I have had work done by HLP for several different things. The quality of work that was done for me has been outstanding and always at a fair price. I am a customer for life!
