This company was selected based on online reviews and resident comments kept by our CA. We needed carpet, upholstery and tile/grout cleaning. They did an excellent job cleaning carpeting in three rooms. The rest of the house has tile and in the high traffic areas it had become dull and the grout discolored. Their steam cleaning restored all to like new condition. Our 7 year old recliner was also restored to nearly new condition. Richard was personable and professional in all respects. His special purpose vehicle and all availabe equipment enabled him to complete all these services in one visit. As a homeowner, this has been the best experience we have had with any cleaners.

We have never had such clean carpets. They did an excellent job and our carpets look brand new. They were able to get all stains out and the carpets smell fresh and look terrific. We would highly recommend their services. We will definitely use them again.

Speaking as one with six years carpet cleaning experience - Michael performed an excellent job cleaning my carpets. My small puppy had a rough go with training and he restored the Carpets to new! His equipment is top tier and his pricing is right where it should be for the quality, effort, presentation, and thoroughness put in. 10/10 will only recommend Michael as my Tampa Area Preferred Carpet Technician and will be calling him back for all jobs in my future.

M&J presented themselves in a very professional and respectful way. They explained their cleaning process clearly to us. They helped us to see that their products were pet-friendly. They were prompt on every occasion and mindful of my home to protect our furniture including the table and furniture legs. Both rooms were completed in the same day. My office carpet had quite a few stains that I thought could not be removed. To my complete satisfaction they were gone. I highly recomment M&J as they proved to be professional, trustworthy and thorough.

Great service, came out on Labor Day due to an unexpected mess on a carpet in one of my mom's rooms. Did a beautiful job and was very professional. I appreciated Michael making the time on a holiday to come out and take care of what could have caused us to have to completely replace the carpet. The carpet looks like brand new now. I have been using M&S for carpet cleaning for 3 years and have always been completely satisfied with the outcome. Mike is courteous, friendly and professional. The first time I called for an appointment I was having unexpected overnight company and knew I would be lucky if I could get next day service. Mike squeezed me in early the next morning before his scheduled first appointment and did a great job. It was an excellent way to make a new customer very happy. I highly recommend M&S.

From the first email requesting a quote, I was impressed with the response and professionalism of M&J Professional Cleaning. They had the best rates of all the companies I contacted, and I was able to reach Michael immediately to schedule a time to have our carpets cleaned. He was friendly and worked well with our schedule and time frame! A day or two prior to our scheduled cleaning we realized we needed the hardwood and tile cleaned, too. This was not a problem at all for him! What a relief! Michael showed up on the day and time of the appointment and began working. He was super friendly and I felt comfortable with him at the house. He was great at communicating throughout the cleaning, and even worked with us when both my husband and I had to leave him at the house by himself! Payment was easily done through PayPal (which was great since he finished while we were still gone)! He was respectful of our home and wanted to ensure we arrived prior to him leaving so that he did not leave our home unlocked and unattended. I had my tile floors professionally cleaned today by M&J Professional Cleaning Inc . They did a fantastic job!! My floors and grout look like new and the house smells so clean. M&J were easy to schedule with, communicate with and were very neat, thorough and professional. Do not hesitate to give them a call if you need your floors cleaned!!

I just had two rooms, 4 chairs and two couches cleaned. Michael did an excellent job. He was early but not too early and was done within a reasonable time. The price was def fair 😉. We will be calling them in the future.

Couldn't be happier. Our floors (tile and carpet) hadn't been professionally cleaned in eight years and it showed. Michael came by to give a quote and we booked their service for the following week. This couple are nice people who showed up on time, got to work and delivered an end result that was better than I had hoped for. Michael cleaned the cream colored carpets in our new to us home before move in and I could not be happier! They look so fresh and soft. Great and professional experience with Michael! We had M+J Professional Cleaning come out in August to clean our stairs and entire upstairs bedrooms, loft, and hallway. With two dogs, you can imagine the much needed TLC the carpets needed… Michael did a thorough job getting through all the tough stains, and even stains from the previous homeowner! Our carpets were left incredibly clean (went from gray to white carpet basically) and soft again! Oh and Michael also cleaned a large rug as well! Their prices are extremely reasonable and they do a great job, and pay close attention to detail. Can’t wait to have them come back out soon!
