All I can say is before the carpet was cleaned I had kind of already written it off. Meaning the people that I had running from me previously pretty much destroyed my carpet. After that cleaned yesterday by Tony I have got to honestly say that I am very impressed. Every stain is off of this carpet. I'll be getting new flooring in about a year but I can tell you I wish I would have known about Tony a long time ago. Fantastic work! I cannot complain about anything! Called to try and resolve the issue, left message - no one called me back.
When finally reached them, the argument was that they can't dial my area code. Called again on Monday (as agreed) no one answers and no one calls me back.
No way for me to even ask for my money back.
