From start to finish, he was professional, honest, and reliable. It’s rare to find someone in the business who not only delivers high-quality work but also genuinely cares about his customers. He kept every promise, communicated clearly, and made the entire process stress-free. If you want the job done right by someone you can trust, I highly recommend him!

Scott's crew was outstanding. Best price received for metal roof. Started late morning and finished afternoon the next day. The crew was professional! Scott was a man of his word. Permit signed off the next day! Thank you Florida Coastal - you really came through for me! Looking forward to working with you in the future on other construction jobs!

Could not recommend this guy at all. Bad customer service, arrogant and rude. Had him come to repair my water heater twice. Worst service ever!

Dan repaired a rusted gas connection to my tankless heater. Our schedules didn't match up perfectly but he completed the work without me having to be there which helped me alot.

We have a tankless water heater and Dan with Lyons Quality Services was the only person that would respond to our job. Dan was great! He was at our home working late during the holidays and we appreciate his commitment. We are so grateful for the job he did and will use him again.

Had one of their workers disrespect me on the job site wouldn’t hire these people for anything

I had an electrical issue that needed troubleshooting. Jacob arrived, took a look at it and figured out the issue in a matter of minutes. Something that I can easily fix myself. Did not even charge me. I know who I will use for my electrician needs and Callahan from this day forward.

They did great work , clean up the area. The only complaint I have is that they was going to come back to put on a deeper cover , so it would close better and a better fit for my plug , but that was 3 weeks ago. I even texted them back about a week ago. But still hasn't been charged out.

I called and the sweet lady on the other line told me the owner is no longer in business and it currently retired.

There is no Chris Hulme plumbing since 2016

Showed up on time, called before arriving, made very little mess, and cleaned up the mess once finished. No more leak and blockage was cleared. Very happy with service!

Mr. Hulme came to my house and never even pulled out a piece of equipment, but said he can't get to the clean-out under my deck. It was so obvious that he didn't want to do the job. I called another company who came the same morning and did the job without any problem or reservations. Though he did absolutely nothing, Mr. Hulme billed American Homeshield for $70 who in turn billed me. The cost to clean out the sewage line from the company who actually did the work was $120. I called Mr. Hulme's company to complain and wanted reimbursed for the $70 but never heard back from him. It's unfortunate that there are people out there that think they deserve $70 for showing up at your house and not doing any work.

Wow, honest company right here. I called in after hours and they were unable to come out to see me. However, he actually helped trouble shoot me over the phone and fixed my issue. Thanks!

This business should update their open hours. Online shows open 24/7, I called with an emergency and was brushed off by one of their members who stated “we don’t do 24 hr service no more.” Gee thanks!

Called to get a estimate for a light fixture in my home that had fallen down. Ken explained how I could do it myself.It worked out perfect thanks Ken.

We called after hours on a holiday weekend about a problem that involved our air conditioning. We were advised to check our GFI switch, did so and the problem was resolved. WITHOUT AN EXPENSIVE SERVICE CALL!! I really appreciated this sensible approach. I will definitely use K.O. Electric in the future. Thanks so much!
