He helped my neighbor Gary and was really helpful even after hours. Willing to help over the phone and even send a truck first thing in the morning if needed. I had a no air conditioning at 9pm and the temperature inside the home was over 90 degrees. I was unsure if it was the air conditioning unit or an electrical issue. I contacted Ken with K.O. Electric just after 9pm. Ken took my call, listened to my problem, tried to troubleshoot the issue, and ultimately decided to come out to the house early the next morning. Ken showed up at 8am, checked out my entire electrical line, from my breakers to the A/C unit, before he was able to diagnose the problem. Unfortunately, I needed an entirely new Air Conditioning Unit. K.O. Electric's quote for a new install was below another quote I had and I decided to have them go ahead with the install. K.O. Electric installed my new air conditioning unit very quickly and even upgraded my thermostat, it is now WIFI enabled. The overall experience was excellent, professional, and I appreciate how personal the experience was. I was in a very difficult situation and K.O. Electric, Heating & Air Inc was there to help. This company was sent to our rental house through our property manager. The two men that came to the house were both professional and knowledgeable. They worked with me to accommodate my schedule. They were prompt, courteous and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend this company.

KO Electric did several things for us, rerouted wires, moved outlets, installed new outlets, etc. Made 2 trips to our home and was always on time and very professional. Very knowledgeable of what they were doing. They even cleaned up after themselves after we told them we would do it. Would definitely use them again!

Wonderful professional John came out same day, had to have electric pole replaced due to storm. Gave me estimate, john sent all paperwork to insurance company, had pole replaced within 3 days. I highly recommend KO electric fast curious professional n prompt.

These guys absolutely saved the day. My electric panel was having serious issues. I had no power at the start of business. These guys came over immediately and started fixing everything. Everyone was super friendly and fast for what a mess I had going on in the shop. Thank you so much for getting us up and running fast!

This past Sunday I contacted K. O. Electric Inc. via email about my AC & heat thermostat was installed incorrectly, it was 1:30am when I forwarded the email and sure enough the owner ( Ken ) contacted me around 9am or so Sunday and I explained the situation to him. Ken asked for my home address via text, after confirmation of receiving my address, Ken texted me back with a window between 9am -10am for a technician to arrive. Technician showed @ 9am, he was very professional, kind, respectful and most of all very knowledgeable in his job.
This gentleman went over everything of what happened in the mix wiring and even explained the proper measurements for the filter required for my AC & heat system. Unfortunately that filter size is not made @ 16 1/2 left to right, I went straight to the store to find it., no luck. Anyway, it is so hard to find exceptional and impeccable service that I received, especially starting out coming from the owner. Thank you so much for your outstanding service and highly knowledgable staff. If you were asking for five stars, I would give 10 stars, well done Ken!!

I thought I was in BIG TROUBLE. Another electrician took off with my money and left with only a third of the work done. I thought it would be a HUGE challenge to find someone to clean up someone else’s mess and then I called KO. John the project manager showed up the next day and after some discussion gave me a price to finish the workshop. The price he quoted still allowed me to stay in budget so I accepted. John and Zach showed up on time and ready to work. John, project manager came by to be sure everyone was on the same page and the work began. As the guys were moving along at warp speed I received a visit from the owner of the company to make sure everything was going along as I expected. The work was completed on time, as promised and the quality of the work was just AMAZING! Even though this was a workshop, every wire and box was placed with care and with an emphasis on a professionally looking job. Sometimes things are not as clear cut on this type of job. These guys thought outside the box and found ways to deal with the unusual. They even went so far as to fabricate some parts on site. I am grateful to all of the team at KO and will never bother to call anyone else. Professional team putting out professional grade workmanship. Pleasant, professional and easy to work with.

KO Electric is a great company. They are professional, knowledgeable, reliable and on time. Ken the owner returned our call, met with us and came out on the job site . Needless to say we have used them 3 times.They are trustworthy and do a great job. We highly recommend them you won't be disappointed.

Recently I had an issue on my Ac and came to my house a guy called Josue I'm not really sure how to write the name but he was on time, very polite also. He did a really good job on my AC System.Thanks KO!!!

Professional, punctual and reasonably priced. Great communication with the office and technical staff. Will use them for future projects. Took the time to make sure my job was done right and even corrected a few issues they found from another company.

Talked to Ken and explained what I wanted and needed for my new garage. Easy to communicate with. Staff (Bill and Billie) installed was great and answered any questions I had. They cleaned up after the job was finished. County inspection went smoothly. Ken followed up with a phone call the next day to see if everything was I what I wanted.

Brian was awesome show me what he was doing and check all the outlet in my house and he was really on point. The best thing he also did was clean up behind himself. AWESOME job..

Brian was out electrician that came out he did an amazing job. He was fast but thorough and when finished checked the house before leaving and suggested about one of our outlets which needs fixing, also he cleaned up after himself which was 20 stars to me.

Billy came out to fix my AC and he was amazing! Very kind, respectful, and super informative. He explained everything clearly and even took time to have a genuine conversation. Great customer service all around. If I ever need service again, please send Billy he definitely deserves the recognition!

Artic air was great!!!!! "Uncle" Tommy came out and delivered exceptional service!!Florida Home A.C. royally screwed me over.. they came out 7 times over the last 6 months and charged me 2500 dollars.. Been a battle trying to get them to refund me.. Folks large corporations do not care about little ole you. I know from personal experience... artic air is a local company that CAN be trusted!!!and care about little ole us.. Artic air did what Florida home ac could not... artic air fixed my A.C. at a fraction of the cost..if you go through home depot or Lowes to get ac fixed your ignorant... small businesses like artic air stand by there work and would take ownership if they ever made a mistake.. I'm certain they would do more than any large corportation to make it right... thanks artic air!!!!

Recently my A/C went out, and Jason came out quickly and repaired my system at a reasonable price. There was no high pressure sales pitch about replacing my system. I would call Artic Air again!

Beware of this company! I am amazed that the owner of this company can run a business so unprofessional and with complete disregard of respect for My family and I. We were treated so poorly by the owner of this company and his staff. The ugliest part of this awefull experience was that it wasn't untill after we made the commitment to use his business to replace our ac units which we considered many, we were fairly impressed that the owner himself made us feel like this was going to be a very professional and quality job and his higher quote than most of the others was going to be worth it. From the moment we gave the green light to move forward this man treated my family with zero respect and acted as if we were at his mercy. My wife felt bullied and was afraid to even ask him any questions while I was at work. This guy is a con man and it makes me so angry and sad that he can treat people this way. We make the decision to spend a bit more because of his initial impression, and that's saying alot, this is a big investment. I hardly ever write reviews but I cannot allow this type of behavior to treat others the way this company treated us. We felt like it was the right thing to do to honor our commitment to allow him to finish the job although I seriously considered having him stop and remove whatever he had installed before the work was complete. But we didn't want to go back on our agreement because that's what we teach our children. We paid him to do the work so we would let him finish against the advice of our friends. The funny thing about this is when I told one of my coworkers we were looking for an ac company, the first thing he said was, "Don't use Arctic Air!" Lesson learned and please don't let this guy get away with it.
