Jason - Just wanted to say thanks for helping us out on the motor and after hours call out. AC is back together and works great. You saved us a ton of money and we really appreciate Correy & Geofrey - can't thank you enough for coming thru in a pinch.

Helped us source the correct motor for less than ordering it online, made two service calls, only charged us for one - diagnosis was dead on.

Gave us DIY tips and was willing to install or deliver the motor for a huge savings. Tech even loaned us a tool to pull the fan wheel off the motor.

These guys are honest and will work with you to get your HVAC running again at the best price - even if it means supporting you do some of the work yourself!

On July 7, 2025, I reached out to this company in support of the local community and businesses. The receptionist told me she would submit my request to a technician, who would then call me to evaluate my system.

However, by noon on July 8, 2025, I had not heard from anyone. My wife and beloved Golden Retriever were becoming increasingly uncomfortable. I gave this company a chance, but didn't receive consideration in return.

I had to find an alternative. I called a neighbor for a recommendation, and the alternative service was at my home within 45 minutes of my call. It turned out they were also a local business, and they resolved the issue promptly and at a fair price.

Oddly enough, I was on my way home from work around 4 PM when I finally received a call from a technician representing this company, at 4 PM! I remained calm and firmly explained that since I hadn't heard from them in a timely manner, I had to reach out to another company. The lack of communication and consideration will not be forgotten.

Kendra was excellent at scheduling. and keeping me informed, The owner Jason was on site and with his recommendation we got a very good HVAC . installed in less than a day. The techs were professional and explained everything as they installed the unit. Second HVA we have bought from Arctic Air-their service has always been very good,

My review is most specifically about the technician, Joseph Testagrose, with Arctic Air. He was scheduled for my regular maintenance but instead my HVAC unit decided to have a leak and would not cool properly. With the temperature rising and me having a house full of guests arriving I can only say a big Thank You for Joseph’s integrity and professionalism. He stayed late until the repairs were completed. Huge credit to Arctic Air for hiring a talented and conscientious engineering technician like Joseph 👏

Wes and his folks, primarily our tech David, are most professional and helpful. There is no waiting for parts and every effort is made to solve the problem that day, no matter what the rest of the schedule is like. They are a pleasure and we are lucky to have them!

In addition to their expertise, the HVAC contractors were amiable and personable. They took the time to address all of my inquiries and make sure I was satisfied with the services I received.

He even performed a minor additional task, securing a ductwork cover where the previous tape had lost its adhesion. Every one of my inquiries was addressed. He was cheerful and skilled and overall a cheerful guy

This business is very punctual when they say they will arrive,very reasonably priced, did a good job with no interruption in my home. Also responded quickly when my unit went out in January when it was cold.
