Josh is AMAZING went above and beyond to troubleshoot and repair my A/C problem. He went far beyond"norm" to fix the problem and didn't stop til he found it, then did not charge accordingly-just what he had quoted to begin with. Josh, God bless you, you're incredible!!!

Josh provided outstanding service cleaning my dryer exhaust vent that had clogged up. He was on time, courteous, and effective. Total time was less than one hour including clean up and reattaching the hose. I highly recommend Stafford Services.

Being new to the area, knowing no one and depending on referrals from neighbors, I finally found Josh! He answered my call immediately, set an appointment time to come to our home, was prompt and honest and he and his crew did a great job cleaning the ducts. Had a issue with a critter in my dryer vent the next week and Josh handled it immediately. So great to have someone like Josh who knows how to treat his customers with honesty and quality work. Josh and his crew came recommended. Not only was his price the best, he returned my calls and texts and showed up as scheduled. He offered good, honest advice which we took and have been very pleased. Our HVAC system is quiet and the temp is consistent throughout the house. We also had Josh replace our 70’s ductwork and insulate our attic. We would recommend Stafford Servuces in a heartbeat.

Quality work received and very knowledgeable in their trade. We had our system fully serviced with coils, drain line, and filter cleaned. I was willing to pay for duct cleaning and he was honest with is that they weren’t in need yet. They ran new ducts for us for our kitchen remodeled and added returns in each of our bedrooms so that our home was updated to current standards. They moved our main returns up to the attic and removed all old equipment from under the home and disposed of it. He recommended a metal box under our unit instead of the old wooden one. I was very impressed with all of the work, timeliness, knowledge, honesty and price. Josh came highly recommend from a friend and he did not disappoint. Customers for life!

Josh and his guys do a great job and are very reasonably priced. Always goes above and beyond to get everything taken care of as soon as possible. He does not nickel and dime you for small things and has not even charged for small jobs before!! I’m a property manager and use him for all my ac needs and he’s always there that day taking care of it!! I would give him 10 stars if I could!!

Josh, Dakota and the team are true professionals. Arrived on time to rip out old and install my new heat pump. They are very knowledgeable in their trade and were able to answer all my questions. Their customer service and attitudes were impeccable. I felt extremely comfortable through the entire process. They also did an amazing job cleaning up after themselves once the work was all done. Josh Stafford, who was recommended by a friend a year ago, came for first time service call 12/29/25 for outside fan issue on my 30 yo unit. He was very helpful and I already knew my system was on borrowed time. After hearing his honest and thorough assessment, I decided to get a new complete install for 12/31/25.
One of his techs, Sam, did most of the install. He was as professional and easy to communicate with as Josh. What nice men!
As an HVAC EVAL…Honest, transparent, efficient and easy transition from ancient to brand new. This is the one to call.

Update: 01/09/26- There was a louder than normal noice from blower at shut down. Dakota found and fixed the issue! I couldn’t be happier with the “after the sale” prompt and courteous service!!!
