THEY SAID THEY WERE GONNA COME THE NEXT DAY TO FIX THE SITUATION WITH AN EXTRA PART THEY HAD AT THE WAREHOUSE AND NEVER EVEN CALLED THE NEXT DAY . THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO REPAIR ANY APPLIANCES. YOU WILL BE ROBBED AS I WAS. STAY FAR AWAY OR RISK LOSING YOUR MONEY!!!!!

This is the 2nd time i had them come out to repair something for me. He is fair and honest. I will definitely call again if i need anymore repairs..

After using MR Appliance and got both a wrong diagnosis and a huge bill. I called Appliance Services and repair. I got both appliances fixed and was charged a fair fee,. I also got a senior discount. I would give these folks a five out of five and I will use them again

Don't call them you can not get back to them,they will not answer the phone and the address they use is a garage door business e so who has been at that address since 2017.appliace repair same day service is a fraud charged us 425.00 to defrost freezer and said it was fixed but we waited 2 days before we tried to contact them,voice mail is full and they are not atthe address they show on their invoice

Called Friday around 5pm nervous that I would have to throw out a refrigerator/freezer full of food. Someone came out and everything was fixed by 615pm!! Couldn't have been more pleased with the service, timeliness, communication and price. Thank you Appliance Repair & Service!!

They need to remove from their business cards or everything that states same day service which is not true. This has a sense of false advertising to get business. Just because you arrive to a place doesn’t mean a repair will happen.

Appliance Repair was direct and honest. They identified the issue and fixed refrigerator in a timely manner. They even tried to come earlier than scheduled to assist. I recommend this company (35 years experience).
