I almost lost all my food because my refrigerator decided to stop working on the weekend, called this company and they were here within the hour !!

Exellent service, fast and affordable...

During virus crisis stocked 24' packed freezer died...ack!! Noticed when retrieving a loaf of bread for dinner. The veggies were getting soft but the meat was still frozen solid...called at 4:45pm (natch) and they were here in half hour.
Replaced relay switch to capacitor..disaster averted!!! Saved hundreds of dollars and anxiety when meat, fruit and veggies on the store shelves were getting seriously compromised. They were professional, compassionate, and very competent. Walked me through the whole issue, resolution and gave me additional care and freezer settings advice. Recommend them any time to any one!! Keep their number handy, just in case!!!!!

They came over to our house charged us $60 for service. Told us that we needed a new bearing. Had to come back the next day because they didn't have the part. They told us that they couldn't fix it because our washing machine was too old and they were going to charge us $275 to repair the whole thing. And plus the drum is too rusty. 😬

Problem with dryer not spinning after replacing the fuse and timer. Gloria and her husband were out the next day to fix. That same day the dryer stopped again and instead of having to wait they came right back to repair. Very professional and explained everything that they were doing. This is a family owned business and hands down would recommend their services.

Technician was great in fixing the problem. The issue is what they charge for a part is 4 times what the part costs anywhere! I got a water inlet valve installed (cost anywhere is 45 dollars) and the company charged me 190 dollars for the part. Good service but beware of price gouging just to warn everyone else to probably avoid this business and look elsewhere for a repair. Quite certain the other companies in the Cape Coral area will do just as good of work and not try to make that big of a profit off a part.

Attempted to use this company. I called for a service on my refrigerator and was told that someone would be there between 3 and 5. I called them back at 445 and was told the technician was just running late and would still be there. No one ever came. And no one called me to tell me they were not coming. I realize that weather conditions have been quite optimal these last couple of days, I am more irritated that a call was not made to tell me they would not be coming.

They came to my home to repair my washer . After watching you tube and seeing technicians diagnose and find where the problem is on my washer I had an idea what to expect. I swear they came and did absolutely nothing and charged me $95 . When I asked why so much they said it was just for them to come out. They didn't even move the washer. They don't know what they are doing. I wouldn't recommend this company at all. They are out to charge the service call and that's it. Stay far away if you don't want your hard earned money lost.

I have used this company a couple of times. The first time was to identify and fix a problem with my washer. Gloria and her husband fixed the issues quickly at a very reasonable cost. The second time I used this company was this morning. They also fixed my problem with our refrigerator in a timely manner. The company is very conscientious of the Covid pandemic and both of them have been vaccinated and they both wear masks in our home. They understand such safe practice is for their own protection and their customers' well being. They respect their customers.

I can't sa enough good things about this company and highly recommend this company for appliance repairs.

Excelent service on my vacation,s home I'am from Canada

We had a Kenmore refrigerator that would not cooled. By google we deducted it was the compressor. I called for service and spoke to a tech and described the issue. (if it was a compressor we were not sure it was cost effective to repair). We told her the issues and she said it was more likely a switch or main board which they could fix. After 2 minutes of arriving and touching the compressor - it was diagnosed as "the compressor is bad". I was charged $75 for a 2 minute service call which was what we had diagnosed it as. Then she told us to call sears because the LG compressor was under warranty. Nice people- just don't feel they were honest in my case.

I called Monday afternoon about 3 they showed up Tuesday afternoon, as planned, about 2 to fix my dryer. (Belt was broken). Good price. The service charge is waived if you have the repair done. I would call them again no problem

Very UNPROFESSIONAL After 3 weeks of waiting to hear something, i finally called them to ask what is going on and if they were going to come and repair my washer. Finally i'm assuming they boss called me back and basically told me that its NOT worth fixing my machine. I'm sorry but thats my decision to make not you!!!! And to not call me sooner and tell me that make me wait 3 weeks and only tell me after i had to call them and investigate.

They offered same day service and they meant it! I'd just moved into my new condo and the fridge didn't work! The sellers were not interested in having it fixed. I called a couple of “same day service”places but the weather was horrendous! No one could do it except them! It's a couple he worked.on the.repair while.she cleaned and swept away all the cat hair from the previous owners that caused the problem. It was a major part but the got it diagnosed and up and running in no time! Very nice, professional and fair! I'd call them again for sure!!
