Rip off alert. Do not use this fake company. They said 75 service charge and charged 95. Charged 225 dollars just to put Freon in. Stop working 4 days later. Went to there business to complain and they were no longer there. Different business at that location. Will not return my calls. Had to call another repairman and was told my compressor was destroyed, most likely by adding too much Freon. Stay away from these jokers.

Very satisfied with their service. They came within the time window and were able to repair my dryer. Very polite and courteous. They will get my business again.

Washing machine started throwing codes and it was 4:15pm. Called them and they sent techs out right away. Within an hour of my call, they replaced the part and my washing machine was fixed. Amazing service!

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. They were very professional and respectful. Response time was amazing for calling in such short notice. I had refrigerator issues and they new right away what the issue was. Had the part and was in and out in about 30 minutes

On very short notice - when Sears couldn't get to me for a week - this office came to me on the same day that I called to repair my freezer.

A couple, (1 man and 1 woman), could not have been nicer. While my flooring is tile and my kitchen area rug is machine washable, they were mindful of working in a clean manner with towels to keep the floor dry.

They REALLY seemed to do so many perifial chores beyond simply recharging my freon. They cleaned out all my snow, they checked the seal, they pulled out the refrigerator and inspected for leaks. They kept my kitchen/their work area clean the entire time and left me with a working freezer, a clean kitchen, and a 30 day warranty on their work.

While the technicians were about 15 minutes late - that delay means nothing to me. In short they came as they said they would and did what they said they would do. So many contractors know they have you and don't pay attention to customer service.

As for the cost ...... Nothing is cheap anymore but I believe it fair. I wasn't going to get the work done any cheaper. What's the cost of loosing all the food in your freezer? I recommend this business.

We called them out and they told us that they needed to order the part for our washing machine. The total price was $260.00. We agreed for the repair they came back install the part, they were there for 15 minutes started the washing machine left before cycle was done. The washing machine started to make a squealing sound we called them back they came back next day. They said belt was too tight and again started the wash left before cycle was done and washing machine quit working. Called them back and they set a time to come back, they never came back. We called left many messages and they never returned our call. Called them back from a different number and they answered they told us they would be at our house on Thursday , they gave us the excuse they had an emergency of why they did not come the other days. No phone call to set another time. We went to there address of their business and there was no business with there name. I do not recommend this business they do not stand behind there work and does not communicate with you if they can't make their appointment
Needless to say we are out of 260 dollars and washing machine still does not work.

5 STARS so far! Kenmore front-load washer repair and front-load dryer maintenance/cleaning. They got to us the next day after calling on a Sunday evening, showed up in the promised timeframe, very courteous and professional, and showed concern for keeping my home/area tidy. The specific part needed to correct my issue was not available on the truck so they will return tomorrow to complete the repairs. Price was very, very reasonable. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone seeking appliance maintenance or repair.
