Had an issue with my dryer, Jason the owner really helped us out. Came out and fixed my problem really efficiently. Dryer works great now!

They are a 2-10 Warranty technician but not specifically for Samsung appliances, the technician was punctual but could not work in my oven.

Had a washer issue that errored on the spin cycle. I called Jason late in the day. He showed up first thing the next morning, diagnosed the issue, gave an estimate and by lunchtime we had a full functioning washer. So nice to have such forthright, competent service.

Although somewhat helpful getting in contact with them is about impossible. After 3 weeks we are still waiting for the repair to be finished. Had they read the insurance cla8m carefully they would have seen the main part was approved.

Hooked on Appliance repair quickly responded to the service requested and did a quality repair on my step daughter's dryer. The price was reasonable for the house call, diagnosis and repair of the dryer. I had a repairman come to my house today, he told me he was submitting the request to the Home Warranty company to authorize the repair and then I found out he dedcided to refuse the job because he doesn’t work on my type of refrigerator. While I appreciate him not attempting a repair he wasn’t comfortable with. I would have preferred him he was doing so.

I can’t believe how quickly A-Max responded to my issue. Then, they kept me posted every step of the way. John Cappozzo was amazing. He diagnosed the problem within 3 minutes and worked to resolve it, which meant he had to travel to pick up a part and then, returned the same day. The job was completed properly and I could not be happier with his work. He also was very informative, explaining the dynamics of these GE appliances and what to expect going forward. I will use A-Max Appliances each and every time I need them and I highly recommend this company to all.

John came in and quickly diagnosed the problem with our washer. He did determine it was beyond repairs and gave us some suggestions. We will only call A-Max Appliance!

John was very thorough in diagnosing my washer. He is very knowledgeable about the mechanics of many models and brands. Unfortunately my washer was too old to get parts for but in the future I wouldn't hesitate to call him .
