Even though it is not yet fixed. The technician was very professional, friendly and on time. He ensured me to contact Hisense on my behalf to get the right parts to fix it asap. My fridge is still under warranty and I think it’ll be just fine very soon.

I had an issue with a Maytag washing machine. John came over to check it out just an hour or so after I called. Unfortunately I will be replacing the machine but he was knowledgeable, efficient, and gave good advice. Highly recommend.

John was here fixing my dryer. HE was very professional and was able to get my dryer going. I also thanks A- Appliance Services for going above and beyond to help me fix some issues i had going with a new motor that had to be replaced. I wish I could give you 5+ stars because you guys deserve it!

John came to the house and I explained what our 9 year samsung washer was doing. We discussed options as far as repair or if he would recommend replacement. Within 2 minutes, he was able to diagnose the problem and within 5 minutes he was able to give us an estimate for repair. He recommended a replacement due to repair costs. Service is prompt and efficient. The office staff and serviceman are friendly and helpful. This is our 2nd experience with A-Max. We have referred A-Max to friends in past years and will continue to do so.

We had a broken knob on a high-end oven Appliance. We don’t live in the area year round and it is a vacation rental. A-Max was super helpful, very responsive and got the job done in a timely manner. I give this company a 5 star because that is what they deserve. From my first contact I was greeted with an employee that had a smile in her voice and was happy to assist me. The scheduled appointment was followed up by e-mail and text, with the serviceman's Name. John introduced himself and was also very pleasant even when I was informed that the company didn't have the parts he needed to repair my oven and there was nothing more he could do and apologized and gave me some advice when purchasing another stove. This is a special thank you for Alexander from A-Max Appliance. My newer dryer didn’t seem to be drying, so we contacted A-Max Appliance for assistance. A-Max scheduled an appointment, I received notification when Alexander was on his way and he arrived on time as scheduled. Alexander diagnosed my issue, cleaned out my dryer vent and got my dryer working back at optimum efficiency. I couldn’t be happier with their service and the final results, thank you Alexander for helping solve my dryer issue.

I work for a local vacation rental in Cape Coral, when I need Erwin he is always available, on time, thorough and a good communicator! I never hesitate to give him a call for any appliance repair.

I do not recommend Mr. B Home Service at all. I didn't like the service, it didn't have a professional attitude. He came to my house and kept praising me, asking personal questions, because my husband wasn't home. In addition to having made an appointment and arriving 1 hour later, there was no way to do the service and he was ignorant saying that he would charge for the visit.

Mr. B demonstrates experience and knowledge in the repair of electrical equipment. Always communicating well the cause of the problem and the solution options of the service, and for the customer. During the agreement, from the first contact, he has been very respectful, honest and diligent. He does his job efficiently, without delay, always keeping everything ordered and clean.
