My refrigerator broke and I called Erwin Barrientos on Memorial Day. I told Erwin what was happening with my refrigerator and he said he would be at my house in 20 minutes. Erwin arrived on time, was polite and in five minutes had fixed my refrigerator and his price was reasonable especially since it was Labor Day. I would not hesitate to use his services again and would recommend him to anyone.

He came the same day and fixed my dryer quickly and professionally. Clearly very experienced and knowledgeable. Very friendly and comfortable in our home. Would definitely recommend!

I have used Mr B for years now and once you meet him and use him for any of your repairs you will never look or want to use any one else! He is very reliable, professional, and honest! He does a great job and his prices are very reasonable!

Erwin had come previously to repair icemaker on my refrigerator and a second time when water did not work. His fees are very high and his mark up on parts is 80%! He came a 3rd time for dryer repair was very late to arrive as usual, took entire dryer apart when found out later only the back needed to come off. He over billed for parts and then kept $200 deposit! He left me a huge mess and I had to call someone else to fix the mess he left. He was extremely rude and it ended up costing a lot for what should have been a simple job! He is not allowed on my property again... be aware on the last job he did it took 3 months to get a refund of $500 he owed me from the deposit! I do not recommend him to anyone! Beware!

He came and said he fixed our refrigerator. Guaranteed the parts. He said if doesn’t work he would come back. It didn’t work we have called him several times and got no response. Very disappointing after we paid him $264.00 for the part and $140.00 for the labor. Do not recommend!

Erwin came out to my house the next day to fix my ice maker. He ordered the part and returned 2 days later to install. He is reliable, professional, and affordable. I would highly recommend him for any in home service repair.

Mr. B was here the day after I called. He is polite, courteous and professional. After I explained the problem with the refrigerator, he seemed to know exactly how to fix the problem. He went to work and he was done in a very short time. He then went to work on the dryer vent and did pull several clumps of packed in lint! We have used his services before and we will call again if we need to!! Very satisfied and considering the cost of a new refrigerator, money well spent!

No “emergency” appliance call on a weekend is ever cheap. But these guys are at least honest, reliable, and competent. Frig icemaker flooded my floor due to bad solenoid, on a Saturday afternoon. They showed up in 90 minutes, and finished repair on Monday, when they had the part.

Excellent experience. I had a dishwasher that decided to wash our floor also so I gave Erwin a call and he was there very quickly, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed the next day. Very professional and a pleasure to do business with. Fair prices and superb communication and service.
