A-MAX was awesome.Had a issue with my ice maker they came when promised ordered the part returned when promised for a fair price. John the tech was knowledgeable and very friendly.

Alex did a dryer duct cleaning at my home and was outstanding!! Super nice guy and was very thorough. Will use again !!

They had me pay for a diagnostic, didn’t tell me what exactly was wrong with my dryer, then tried to sell me a new one and other things that were not needed. Everything they do is a bait and switch tactic DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE

I was without air since Sunday and had another company come out on Monday — they sold me used parts as new and still didn’t fix the issue. Thankfully, I called A-Max Appliance Repair Tuesday and an hour later Alex and Rafael came out. They were honest, professional, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the real problem — my AC compressor. Within no time my AC was running perfectly again. After such a frustrating experience with another company, A-Max was a breath of fresh air! I highly recommend them if you want trustworthy, skilled technicians who actually get the job done right the first time.

Alex is amazing! He was on time, knowledgeable and friendly. He even made sure the work area was spotless when he was done! This range hood was Mickey Moused in place by the seller of our house 😡. Alex f made it perfect!

Our ac system needed a tune up before summer and water was building up. They sent Alex out the next day and he was fantastic and efficient communicated with us the whole way! Then yesterday our washing machine was leaking i gave them a call and John was here today exactly during the time frame we were told! Even though the washer couldn't be fixed due to its age and the repair needed John's customer service was great and respectable! Highly recommend! Thank you Amax!!

What an awesome service we had today! Our AC was dying and they came out promptly to give us a free estimate. We decided to go with a new unit as the old one was 11 years old and running 24/7 but not cooling completely. They came today and Rafael did a phenomenal job of installing our new unit! If I could I would give them 10 stars for perfect service. Rafael was so good at explaining what he was doing every step of the way and is super nice and polite! If you need a new AC unit contact them, by all means! You won’t regret your decision!

We had our dryer and dishwasher break in the same week. We are so grateful that we came across A-Max Appliance. Not only were they friendly and on time, but they were also VERY knowledgeable. We have had our dryer fixed in the past but broke very soon after. A-Max was able to get to the root of the problem. They took apart my samsung dryer down to the screws, cleaned it out, replaced our heating element, and also discovered the cause of the issue. Our Exhaust Dust Vent was clogged and was effected by our tarp covering the vent on the roof. They climbed on the roof, made a ventilation seem on the tarp so it wouldn't happen again, and fixed the issue! I am so glad they care so much about their business that they take the extra steps to prove amazing work and honesty. For the dishwasher, I had another vendor lined up because we were told that the tile was installed after the old dishwasher was installed and that we would have to have the tile cut in order to replace the dishwasher. After venting to A-Max, they were shocked to hear that and booked another visit to replace the dishwasher. Not only were they quick, but they saved us so much money and headache. If you care about your time and your home, put your trust into these guys. They are all AMAZING and gifted with what they do!

The service technician showed up on time. Evaluated my washing machine quickly. And gave me his honest opinion about the machine, not being worth fixing.

John/Tech was prompt, efficient, very knowledgeable, answered all our questions. Person answering phone was wonderful too. We have had this company before and the experience has been great!
