Not a good reliable company. Beware of there current technicians that dont know what they're doing. Recommending a new machine instead of actually diagnosing it properly, not recovering freon properly and disperse lbs of it in our atomophere . Most are not certified technicians but guarantee the EPA will be informed with evidence about there wrong doings.....

Worst Service Experience Ever! Avoid Berco at All Costs!

I honestly can’t believe the level of incompetence I’ve experienced with Berco. Our professional coffee machine broke down on September 24th, and I contacted them right away. They sent a technician the next day who spent hours trying to figure out what was wrong — only to call for help from their tech support in California for every single step. Really?! Isn’t that why we’re paying for authorized service? What a joke.

After diagnosing the issue, the technician informed me that the valve and temperature sensor were broken and needed to be ordered. Despite the fact that the machine is still under warranty, they sent me a quote for the parts — I expected at least some clarity, not additional charges for parts they should’ve covered.

But here’s where it gets worse — I was told they’d contact me once the parts arrived. Spoiler alert: they didn’t. Then, out of nowhere, one of their staff shows up at our door last Friday — when we had NO power due to a hurricane! Absolutely clueless.

Fast forward to today when another technician arrives, only to tell me that the first technician completely misdiagnosed the issue! This is completely unacceptable! Not only did they waste my time, but they also caused unnecessary costs to fix something that should’ve been done right the first time.

As the owner of a business, this is beyond frustrating. I won’t be paying for the full labor costs, and I am going to make sure everyone knows about this horrible experience. I can’t even imagine how anyone could leave a good review after such a disastrous interaction.

Stay far away from Berco unless you enjoy losing time, money, and patience.

The driver of this place is a complete maniac! They ran several red lights, almost hit several drives INCLUDING ME, and can’t even drive in their own lane! Horrible driver needs to get their license taken from them!
