We will definitely recommend Mr. B Home Services, and will call him again should we need appliance repairs. He was professional, prompt in scheduling the service call, showed up when he said he would, and fixed the issue with our refrigerator within an hour - no parts required. Price was reasonable too!

Needed repair to my oven and he could not be more patient or professional. The oven's construction made repair infuriatingly difficult. If I wasn't witnessing the work done I wouldn't have believed the needless complexity of accessing and replacing the needed part. Mr. B spent hours working on what was supposed to be a simple part replacement, and I was a bit concerned about my bill, but he stuck to his price, fixed the oven, and I am very pleased with the outcome.

I have waited all day for Erwin and he couldn't find my house, said he needed a new phone so went to T-Mobile. He still hasn't responded.
I ordered the part in June. He was supposed to fix my washer while I was away. My son was available all summer but Erwin then hurt his hand.
He was so prompt and knowledgeable to start I was hopeful to have found a great repair person. I will give him a better review if I hear from him ASAP...not likely tonight.
He did get back to me this evening...I will update the status of my repair.

Edwin has been the most professional straightforward person I have dealt with in many years. He was able to repair my refrigerator when I really thought I was going to have to purchase a new one. I could possibly recommend anyone any higher than Edwin.

My washer broke down over weekend. After researching services in area and calling 4 different services Erwin was only one to make the effort to come to my house asap. I was extremely pleased. He was professional, efficient, works quickly and was able to diagnose problem right way. He ordered necessary part and returned following day to install. He is also very reasonable cost wise. I highly recommend him .

Erwin, was very efficient in the work he did for us. We had him come out to look at our dryer. I had already been told I needed a new timer for our dryer and a new knob (different company) & I didn’t want to pay the price for this do be done from this service co. I ordered the parts, had Erwin come out only to find out that the timer was fine and we only needed a new knob (as ours was crack). Very happy with his service and I would most definitely use him to repair and future appliances that need repaired.

I have used Mr. B for all of my small appliance issues since moving here 3 years ago. Mr. B has always been punctual, communicative, and reasonably priced. His work is flawless, and his knack for finding the right solution at the best cost is amazing! I gave him a 5 Star rating because the number does not go Higher. Mr. B has fixed and replaced my Ice-maker, stove, dishwasher, and yesterday he replaced my washer top. Another great thing about Mr. B is that he evaluates the cost of the repair against the current value of the appliance and will tell you if the item should be repaired or replaced. This level of honesty is unheard of in my experience. I highly recommend Mr. B.

I had an emergency refrigerator problem the other day and Mr. Erwin responded quickly. He took the time to help me with more than his job required, and spent the time to try to help diagnose the problem. He went above and beyond for our family and that’s hard to find these days. Oh and did I mention his services are very fairly priced…thats always helpful. I appreciate his hard work to help fix my refrigeration problem. I highly recommend him. You won’t be disappointed.

Had Mr B out to work on our 22 yr old GE refrigerator which shot craps and popped the circuit breaker. Initially it appeared that the issue was relatively simple by replacing a capacitor. Little did we know that we had multiple issues. After ordering, receiving and installing multiple parts and wiring it’s humming like new! We couldn’t be more pleased! Erwin was our Mr B man. He was very knowledgeable, experienced, tidy in his work cleaning out not only his bits from the repair but 22 years of dust and grit as well. We live in Ohio and had a refrigerator problem at our condo in Naples. Kind of a problem for a situation separated by over a thousand miles. We ended up calling Erwi from Mr. B Home Services. We have never met face to face but one of his service technicians (William) came to the condo and handled everything with honor and integrity. We had multiple conversations with both William and Erwin over the last couple months and it was like dealing with family. I had called Sears repair services for an appointment to repair my refrigerator/freezer. I got a text that AM that the tech was on his way, and would be there around 8:30am. I removed all the frozen food out of my freezer, and was ready for the technician. 12:00pm came and no technician or updated text. I tried to call to see if they are still planning on coming, if so, how much longer. Instead, all I got was an automated answering service, and couldn’t ask the questions I wanted to. I called Erwin and he arrived within 20 minutes of the call. He was knowledgeable and professional. Fixed the problem within 30min and his fee was very reasonable. I would use him again, and recommend him to my friends.

Erwin was Exceptional, he recently repaired a refrigerator, stove and replaced a dishwasher for us. He answers the phone, explained what needed to be done and communicated every step of the way. He has in-depth knowledge of all the modern major appliances and has compassion which is definitely lacking in this industry. Turn my deposit for a refrigerator repair could not get the deposit back over 2 months now all kinds of excuses why he can't give it back when he tells you I will return your deposit and doesn't do it that is dishonest. All kinds of excuses. Flat tire lost in the mail. Do not trust this man to do anything. CT

I’ve used Erwin once before for a refrigerator issue with no issues. I called him back as I like supporting small business. This time, he diagnosed my issue and had me pay for the part. He came back once it came in and installed it. That didn’t fix the problem. It actually made the squeak in my fridge louder. He told me he would get a new part under warranty and he will contact me to install it when it arrives. No call. I called him several weeks later and he told me he hurt his back. I gave him a few more weeks. He scheduled to come by last Friday and fix the issue. No call, no show. Terrible. Never using him again.
